We ended up being the only students for the day, so we had an intimate lesson with Marina. We learned how to make a full lunch with an appetizer, main course, dessert, cocktail and fresh juices. Marina has a great balance in her teaching. I felt like I was in control of the cooking, but she was vigilant and gave careful guidance. My new cooking skills will be a great souvenir to bring home for family and friends. I highly recommend this English cooking class. Marina was great!

The shop also sells other Perugina Italian chocolates including 70%, 75%, and 80% pure cacao which are intense and smooth. They have ice cream and Nespresso which you can add some Perugina chocolate which is more like a dessert than a traditional cappuccino. Perugina chocolate is delicious, velvety, and smooth. This boutique is a nice place to stop for chocolate connoisseurs who appreciate quality chocolate and may need an afternoon pick-me-up. The shop is not open on Sunday.
