My daughter is already a month behind on her shots because they cancelled her two month appointment due to Covid. Today we went in to get those shots. She's already over a month late. My son isn't even two yet. The staff who let you in after screening you refused to let us back because my son has a tickle in his throat. It's not even a full cough. He's only coughed twice in like a week. Since he won't wear masks they did not let my daughter get her shots. I called before arriving to make sure we would still be able to come in. The staff I spoke to on the phone said that was fine. Then the staff had a problem with my son (who is one year old) using some of the sanitizer they had on the table. I had to make my son sit on the floor while they refused to let my daughter get her well baby check up. I am SERIOUSLY thinking about a different provider. Doctor Kahn is such a great doctor and so is the Nurse Practitioner Jamie Forsythe. But their receptionist staff are a JOKE.
