We were leaving Radium and heading for the Shuswaps and I called up Tri-Crown to see if we could stop in and have it looked at. John was incredibly accomodating, even though they were already very busy, and let us know that even if we got into town after hours, he would make sure to stick around to take a look at it. We made it in during the afternoon, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it up and we were on our way in no time. I can't say enough about how kind and informative and helpful John was.
