I had to ask several times before I was told they didn't get to my car done or even started. I requested to pick it up since it was an issue for me to pick it up the next day. No apology no explanation. When I arrived, my car was in the back and not where I could access it. They had someone get it for me and after driving it through the mud delivered my car dirty to me. Very disappointed. Called to speak to a manager and have not heard back from anyone. Not a good way to keep customers. Too bad because my sales person was wonderful.

I have accounts at different banking institutions, and PNC is by far my favorite bank to work with. Emma and Joe are great to help me manage all of my accounts. They are very professional and are willing to help you in every way possible. They give you true expert advice. They never force or push you into accounts or products that you don't want. Emma and Joe will also go over any fine print or questions you may have. You will never have a surprise charge or fee for an account. The front tellers are outstanding! Sandra, Frank, and Jayshri always greet me with a smile. Unlike some of the miserable tellers at other banks, these tellers do not seem annoyed that I am making a simple deposit, and are always having a conversation with me. Like Emma and Joe, they go above and beyond to making my experiences at PNC bank a great one. They are very efficient. I just had the most bizarre experience. I am in the area for work and simply needed to use the ATM…read moreto withdraw some cash. There's no drive thru ATM at this location, so I parked and started walking toward the front door. All of a sudden one of the bank employees (not sure if she's a manager or what) opens the door and yells to me that I need to wait and not come in yet. I tried saying I was just needing the ATM but she again told me "don't come inside until I come back, ok?". Felt like a child being scolded by my parent (I'm 35 years old). I was confused as the ATM is 24-7 access and also she was extremely rude about it. So I'm standing outside for a few minutes and another employee walks up. I ask her if I can use the ATM and she just responds "wait" as the other employee lets her in. This was the weirdest experience I've ever had at a bank, I'm still not understanding what just happened. So I wait a few more minutes and I see a non-employee walk in. When he comes out, I asked if he used the ATM. He said yes, so I finally just went in and used it. Best part was that woman never even came back to "allow" me inside. Bizarre.
