We spent thousands of dollars on this floor and they claim that it was installed incorrectly. They admit that even their installers install it incorrectly which leads me to believe this is not a good quality product. I've attempted to work with them and they are very unprofessional and unhelpful. If you want a terrible product, buy vinyl flooring. I will never buy vinyl from them or any other company.
