From the start, he was unresponsive and disinterested. He missed court appearances, failed to return calls or emails, and completely ignored the documents and evidence I sent him--often dismissing everything as "not significant" without explanation. Rather than advocating for my interests, he pressured me to accept a settlement that was absurdly low and clearly not in my best interest. It became increasingly clear that he was not just passive but completely unfit to handle litigation. He is not a litigator as he claims and took the case anyway, wasting critical time.
