He contacted my insurance company, called in a claim & had an adjuster come out and check it out.

If I could go lower then 1 star I would. I bought a house in Carolina Forest that had a new roof…read morefrom Riteway roofing put on by previous owner. After a few months the front of the house had some roof shingles lift. I called and spoke to Craig ONeal and he said that was not covered under the warranty and said that he would repair/replace the 6 shingles for $300. I was not happy but I paid the $300. I asked him while they were up there to please check the roof for other loose shingles because I certainly didn't want to keep doing this every time a wind storm comes. Now here we are again. We had a extremely rainy week and I noticed that my ceiling was coming apart above the window and I went out back and noticed again some shingles that looked wind blown again. I called the number and it automatically hung up. I tried several times and for several days I researched the Google pages and came across the corporate number where I left 3 messages. There was no reply. My final message was rude and forceful where I said if no one calls me back I will have to call the BBB. Guess what I got a call where he said he was so busy due to the rain and that he would call me the beginning of next week and set up an appointment to look at roof. It has now been 3 weeks with no return call. This company is the worst roofing company who does not stand behind there warranty and has employees who just really don't care about customer service. Do not use their service

DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMER WHEN THEY CAN VERIFY WHAT YOU'RE LYING ABOUT WITH A SIMPLE PHONE CALL…read more to insurance company who "wants" to get the repairs done.. Wasted 2 and 1/2 months of my time. After Carolina Forest Fires they were supposedly going to contract for the smoke damage and other repairs. 2 and 1/2 months later not a DAMN thing. excuse, after excuse, after excuse, after excuse.
