Absolutely baffled with this company. I was quoted $200 to replace and reprogram a switch blade key, and for that price I was supposed to receive 2 keys. I even confirmed this was something they could do and that it was for this type of key. I thought it was quite odd that they were open 24/7 online but when I asked when a tech would be out Lisa told me they were only open 8-8 and she would give me call in the morning. I took off of work to have them come out and received a call from a man that works there ( didn't catch a name) telling me that because the tech couldn't do it yesterday, he can't do it today. When I tried to get in touch with Lisa again about this, all I received was a message saying their tech couldn't do it which I don't understand after confirming a price as well as what kind of car and key I had. I've never dealt with a company so unprofessional, if I could give them a 0 rating I would, please save your money, time, and effort and find a new locksmith. read more

This is the only locksmith I will ever use going forward. Service, time and price are unbeatable. I am so grateful for them and all the help they provided!! I had my car key fob stolen and they came out within the hour and made a new one on the spot. The gentleman who assisted me also made sure I was provided with an additional key to have my door lock properly and drove to my location to personally hand me the key. I left the key in my 21' Chevy Spark, and locked the door and with only one key it was like o shoot, i called several locksmiths and got bombarded with texts and prices and a lot of BS, Levi was awesome and professional, no BS, he is mobile and super reasonable and within 20 min he was at my house unlocking my car and making me a 2nd FOB and key, programmed it and walla!! i was on my way, friggin awesome. excellent service. read more

They were very quick and responsive. They were able to come and help within a few hours and got the job done despite having to trouble shoot a few things. The price was very reasonable and they gave us an extra key just incase. I would highly recommend to call them over a call center/ larger company. They gave me a price on the phone and I agreed, in about 10 minutes, a guy showed up and opened my car in a matter of seconds, very professional.
