When we noticed the damage, we sent the photo to Chad, the owner, who quickly accused us of lying to get new windows and proceeded to tell us his insurance had lapsed, a clear misrepresentation as his quote stated he was fully insured. Chad then sent a friend out in the window biz to look at the windows in question who also accused us of misrepresentation. We then proceeded to get numerous experts advice for quotes to replace and all agreed the damage looks as though it was a bad squeegee, razor or poor technique since Chads only equipment was a can of Sprayway and a Squeegee. From everything we read after the fact, most professional window cleaners wet the windows prior to cleaning so they won't be scraping micro dust particles around the window. another possibility for the damage. My husband and I are very pro-small business, the reason we chose this company but we have contacted Chad 8-10 times since this incident to make this right and and at least pay our deductible of $3800.00. At one point Chad said he would pay for the largest window in the pictures on this review and now it's crickets. We recently found out that whatever insurance Chad managed to get in the meantime has denied our claim. My husband and I understand mistakes happen, thus the reason for choosing a company who states they are insured but to have the owner accuse you of lying, admit they were uninsured at that time, and now have your claim denied, be aware or you could end up in our situation with out of pocket expenses and headaches in the window replacement process in a world where everything is on back order, not to mention paying thousands to cover your deductible. Note to consumers; always, always, confirm insurance coverage before using any company that works on your home and check their process especially when it comes to window cleaning, a mistake we will not make again ! The owner called 1 time, left a voice-mail saying he was confused and then immediately changed his phone number. I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit. This is the most dishonest thing you could ever do. Tear up someone else's equipment and then run and hide. Watch your stuff if this company is anywhere near your property.
