Every single person there was exceptionally kind, professional, and friendly. But the biggest shout-out goes to their integrity and ethics. Nuvia truly puts honesty before profit. I went in thinking I would be a candidate, but surprisingly, I was told I was not, and not for the reasons most people would expect. It wasn't because of bone loss or poor dental health. In fact, they told me I have very healthy bone and beautiful remaining front teeth. Even though I'm missing over half of my lower teeth, they could have easily taken my money and moved forward with the procedure anyway. Instead, they chose honesty and what was genuinely best for me. That kind of integrity is rare these days. If you are looking into denture or implant options, I HIGHLY recommend the Nuvia team in Lake Oswego. They truly care about people first.

After 3 attempts over several weeks, I gave up and filed a dispute with my credit card provider. In the scheme of things, this was a small matter but it was a trust betrayed.
