I love that they give free drys on Wednesday. It's busy and have to get a dryer as soon as one comes available. The only reason I gave it a four star is because one there's no one on the premises when you need help, two goes with one the times I've been there the floor is very dirty with all the dryer sheets that people leave behind and three PUT ON THE AC!!! Summer this year has been harsh and doing laundry with that heat is so miserable.

The set back for me is the dirty machines they have paint or debris from previous users. The lining outside of the machete have lint webs and dirt. They haven't been serviced in quite a while. They smell too like mildew. Plenty of space to fold clothes dryers are .25 cents for 7 min. Area like floor and surfaces to fold are clean and there are vending machines if you get hungry. The shirt was very sloppily ironed and still wrinkled in a lot of areas. What is the proper thing to do in a situation like this you might ask? Take accountability, fix the mistake, and redo the ironing. But their employee Kayla didn't care and still expected me to pay for the awful work they did. I confronted her about the terrible quality and instead of this business recognizing their mistake and offering a solution to something they caused, they somehow found a way to place the blame on me instead. Apparently, I should have washed the shirt with them too and paid for that additional service if I wanted the ironing to be done well. Why am I going to pay extra to wash a shirt that's already cleaned and been washed when all I needed was the ironing done? Why do I have to do both things together to get decent work done from this place? That's the explanation I got but it's insane and makes no sense. Kayla had a bad attitude, was extremely unhelpful throughout this entire experience, and lacked the basic problem solving skills needed to offer an amicable resolution to this problem. Gave this establishment years of business, and it's disheartening to realize that they refuse to take accountability and do something that is a relatively easy fix. They act like it's a wild and huge inconvenience to re-iron one single shirt. I'm done here and will be looking for a new dry cleaners business!

They explained they sewed the hips based on the measurements on the waist gap. 3rd visit - waist gap was fixed but the butt lining was curved. 4th visit- butt is still not straight and my there's a bubble in the middle of my butt I'm not sure how to explain my waist is a lot smaller my hips. My only request was to fix the waist gap. Unfortunately the employee who's been helping me isn't the seamstress. I am beyond frustrated and they may have ruined my expensive jeans.

I…read morebrought in two pairs of pants for alterations for an important business trip and was told they would be ready by Friday. When I arrived Saturday, only one pair was completed. They promised to deliver the second pair to my house the next day to make things right, but they never showed up due to what they said was a medical emergency. As a result, I had to leave for my business trip without one of the pairs of pants I needed. To make matters worse, the pair they did give me had the pockets sewn completely shut, making them unwearable. Then, when I finally picked up the other pair a week later, one pant leg was noticeably longer than the other. The lack of quality control, communication, and professionalism has been unacceptable from start to finish. This entire experience was stressful and inconvenient, especially while preparing for a work trip. I do not recommend this cleaners. Please run !
