I came in to the shop this morning at 8 a.m. to find that they had pre-placed their debris trailer right next to the area to be worked on (proactive...I LIKE that) and when Kyle and his crew showed up (including his 4-legged foreman, Rowdy), they got to work immediately and kept at it until the job was done. I appreciated that because having a large hole in the wall when the wind chill is 20 degrees is darn uncomfortable, but they handled it all beautifully and as quickly as possible. These guys know what they are doing, were kind, courteous and respectful the entire time. We have rented about 10 different properties and all are true to the photos and descriptions. Check-in is easy and keyless, all have WiFi, and I LOVE that linens (sheets, towels) are now included! They always provide a welcome bag with a couple rolls of toilet paper and dishwasher tabs, etc. to get you started. I also love not paying extra fees to third party sites, so we book direct. This is our go-to vacation rental location!

While walking through the unit, I found what appeared to be mold on a pillow stored in the closet, as well as black discoloration on the windowsill. There was also a strong odor throughout the condo. When I raised these concerns, I was told the smell was due to the nearby marsh, but it was significant enough that I did not feel comfortable staying in the unit. I contacted management immediately, provided photos of my concerns, and chose not to stay at the property. My request for a refund was denied and no alternative accommodations were offered. What was most frustrating was not only the condition of the condo but the lack of a satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I was disappointed by both the condition of the property and the response to my concerns. I would not choose to book with this company again. UPDATE: Since the business owner replied, I have some facts to clear up. We arrived after their office closed, around 8pm. I immediately texted the number provided, took photos, and left to another hotel. I received no explanation for what appeared to be mold on the pillow, simply radio silence. Once again, the owner did absolutely nothing to remedy this situation and I contacted her multiple times the next day. Beware of this bait and switch. Extremely disappointed in the management of this establishment.

All Exteriors did my parents roof a few years ago and they loved the job they did. I didn't think ours would be hail damaged since our roof was just a couple of years old. Boy was I wrong! We had damage to both our shingled roof and metal roof and needed a complete replacement. All Exteriors made this process so easy. Bill, the owner is an extremely experienced roofer who knows his stuff when it comes to insurance jobs. There are some sketchy companies from out of town (and some local) that will over promise and under deliver. Using a company where the owners/management actually have hands-on roofing experience is so crucial when it comes to your home. We could not be more thrilled with what a difference getting our roof redone has made to the appearance of our house. We got to choose any color we wanted at no additional cost making this feel like a true home makeover. If you live in Easton where we had that terrible hailstorm in May, I urge you to have All Exteriors come do a free roof inspection for you! You'd be surprised what damage you may have.
