Having lived here nearly 13 years ago, training with CP Rail that kicked off my nearly 11-plus year career with the railroad in multiple places from South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa. Coming back to good ol' Huron 13 years older, not to mention... wiser. Discovered one issue here in this absolutely wonderful city... That said, the issue is this... about 45 percent of the Lewis Drugs Pharmacy team, including management type figures are pure junk. I mean, nearly as intolerable as Joe Biden himself. That's indeed saying something folks. The attitude of a majority of the pharmaceutical staff is less than poor, at times... downright rude and mean. A very "know it all" aura about them. Now, I graduated 4th in my class at Eastern Michigan University, have a AD in "broadcast" communications and I've passed the second hardest exam in the nation not once, not twice... but 4 times. The FBI entrance exam being the hardest. With that said, I don't appreciate being treated as a standard dude. A person who perhaps didn't pass 10 grade for example. When I'm right... chances are very, very good I'm right... Pharmaceutical staff at Lewis simply can't admit that they can be wrong... and are several times. Note to staff, don't try and screw an Aries, especially when they are correct and you are wrong. We don't back down very easily when we're in the right. That said, overall... not a good way to run a pharmacy. People expect friendly service. Quality service. Lastly, never get a big head as a pharmaceutical worker. You do not know the individuals you give medication to, nor the issues they have... or what their doctors have given them, told them and so on. Your job is to give the medication said doctor(s) prescribe to the patient. Not to judge, not to dictate, not to cause trouble for customers... and definitely do not think you are somehow "higher" than the doctors in terms of what you think is best. Quite simple. Just get it together Lewis Drugs Pharmacy. You can do better. You are not special okay. Humble yourself yeah?? Lewis Drugs overall however is a decent place, good customer service, good selection of most products, minus said pharmacy... staff always has a smile. It's a big, bright store selling lots of things aside from the regular drug store offerings. The shelves are well stocked and organized. They are located right next door to the Best Western. They are open 7 days a week. read more

Large clean well stocked store with pharmacy, photo counter and large liquor department. Big very well stocked garden center in spring and summer with trees, shrubs, vegetables, bedding, garden art and patio furniture. Staff is friendly, never had a bad experience. Close to Burger King, McDonald's, Best Western, Advance Auto, O'Reilly. read more
