They sell you on service as well as the insurance company the represent. They are far from anything but a money hungry company. Weird how in this day and age a phone call can't be made, text or email to their client. They will send you USPS mail and claim it was delivered/notified. But no one in either company will reach out to their customer. Very disappointed and be EXTREMELY careful when dealing with them. read more

I just have to leave a review because there is only a bad review. I have had erie insurance with a agent from Lewis insurance in Stafford since I got my first car 15 years ago. I have nothing but good things to say about them. they have always treated me like family, gave honest advice when we bought our first home and Guiding us through the stress of two car accidents in 6 months. They have always been great to me and my family. I couldn't say enough good things about them! read more
