Unhappy customer. I recently received an email for a policy…read morepayment. My payments have always been set to auto pay. The email I received was to tell me this was a cancellation notice and a payment due notice with a late fee. I have never paid my payments late. This whole problem is caused completely by Allstate and Melissa Evans my agent and her office.
