We are both in our 70s and the Station closed shortly before pick up, so we went outside to the point where we were originally dropped off earlier that day (we were told and it was pre-arranged that it was where we would be picked up from)especially as the 'do' was there and did not need to bring coats, so we thought!!! The station closed shortly before the taxi was due and to cut a long story short it was one hour late. We kept calling to find out where our taxi was and according to the auto reply it was always within a few minutes of arriving. The driver spoke to us at one point to tell us to meet him at HSBC/HBOS? Which was supposedly opposite?? He said he was caught in traffic and would not be there for a while. Not only were we frozen, but had absolutely no clue where he suggested we walk to was. It certainly was not visible from where we were standing and there was no traffic where we were. He eventually appeared and I think out of sheer spite parked further down the road, and was only noticeable because he had his headlights on. He was rude and blamed it on us because we did not walk to find him. Amazingly, the journey was quicker than the outbound, he seemed to know all the short cuts and there was no traffic. I contacted them numerous times and emailed them for a response. Eventually they responded denying any responsibility. Disgraceful!!!

They use to be such a good reliable company but now just don't seem to care about the quality of their service.
