The foreman, Gerardo, was rarely on-site, communication was difficult, and I had to follow up for over five weeks to get the job completed correctly. Owner Gio also failed to follow through on commitments made to address our concerns. When investing in a fence, quality matters for long-term integrity and durability of the installation. Based on the poor workmanship, lack of supervision, and the need for repeated follow-up to correct issues, I strongly DO NOT recommend this company.

He was able to get our estimate back to us so quickly without the need to follow up, like some other companies we got quotes from. We ended up getting our fence done earlier than expected and it was completed quickly and at a great price. They were able to do extra items for us like trimming back some trees branches that would have impacted the placement of the fence and told us trees to watch out for. We evaluated all bids, and went with EZ Roofing as they use the best quality shingles and the bidder (Grant) seemed very straightforward with us about what was needed (new impact-resistant skylights as well). He also provided guidance (when asked) on a good color for the shingles based on our brick and outside paint color, and he was spot on!
