My little beagle girl loves her whether boarding or grooming and that says a lot! Boarding: the rates are so reasonable and Belinda is so wonderful at taking care of the babies! And there is a severe weather plan in place to take care of the critters in her care. I was told years ago, the kennel was built with that in mind and it is taken seriously! Grooming: I have always had beagles so don't require complicated cuts, but I've seen pictures of gorgeous jobs she's done. What I can say from experience is they always look great and are always happy. Everything from boarding to grooming is done with such a high quality of care, attention and love at extremely reasonable prices, I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else...

I had one instance last year, where my dog was previously on a certain combination of medicines with his food. I brought him this time, and there was one deletion from the regimen, and a change. I had forgotten about the med we deleted and so only described current meds. About 10 minutes after I left, Regine actually called me on my cell to check about the med we deleted! She remembered what he got before and was concerned I had just forgotten to bring it and wanted to catch me before I left town. How many kennels can you say you trust to have that kind of care and attention??!! The facility is very clean, and she is making improvements all the time. She is VERY caring and obviously loves animals so much. My dogs are happy to go there, time after time, and I think that says it all! The grooming: I've taken my cat and dogs and they do a good job. But when I picked them up, there was still some loose hair, and the nails were a little long. For boarding, I won't go anywhere else. Regine has my undying loyalty and she deserves it.

I cannot stress this enough…read more 2 weeks ago today, I had the misfortune of taking my sweet cat Pearl here purely because the other 2 vets in Fayetteville could not see her and this was the next closest vet that could see her that afternoon. I am over an hour from the emergency vet in Huntsville and she needed help. Upon going back to the room and pull her out of her crate it was apparent she had declined further on the 30 minute drive to their office. Dr. Joel Hayes speaks in riddles and circles. He does not make any sense at all. He started talking about long term supplements while she was just laying on the table not moving. Since this was my first time here and i needed her taken care of i over looked this. They had ZERO sense of urgency to help her. They did bloodwork and for the 25 minutes we waited, she was barely breathing and not moving, not one person came to check on her. When they came in with the results, HE LEANS OVER HER ON THE TABLE LIKE SHE IS A PIECE OF FURTNITURE, and proceeds to go over every single piece of blood work. He then goes on to say she would need at least overnight care with fluids BUT THAT THEY CLOSE AT 6:00 and if we wanted to leave her overnight we could but no one would be there. AREN'T YOU A BOARDING FACILITY?! And we would need to take her to the emergency vet. After one whole hour of doing absolutely nothing and wasting her precious time they say she needs to go to the emergency vet. Why not say this from the beginning?!?!? anyone could see she needed more care. If i had known they didn't keep pets overnight i would have never brought her here but silly me thought 'oh, they board animals, surely someone is there all night'. HOW DUMB OF ME!. We pay $250+ for the blood work and rush to the emergency vet at 4:00 during rush hour traffic to Huntsville. She died 10 minutes after leaving their office. They called the next day to check on her and the vet tech got an ear full. I received another call about 30 min later from the other vet there and she got even more of an ear full. Today, I recevied a sympathy card and sorry for your loss card from them. THE AUDACITY!!! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS!!!!!!! I will be filing a formal complaint with the vet board

My dog, Aspen, is a Great Pyrenees and his coat was overgrown. It's one thing to make mistakes, but this is beyond anything resembling an acceptable mistake. This is something you will answer to God for.
