Lexus service gets 5 stars from me. I have been taking my car to this location since I bought it in 2020 and every single experience has been top notch. I always dreaded going to a dealer either for having to wait long hours, lack of status communication, or overall customer service. Not here. I usually wait for my car in their amazing waiting area where there's a glass and you can see cars being worked on. My car is usually done within 1.5hrs. They have snacks, water, a business area to work out of and other areas to sit. When I have had to leave my car for other services, they provide Lexus loaner cars. I've had a few service advisors, but I have been coming beck to Gerardo Portillo the last few years. He is straight forward, to the point, amazing customer service, and top notch communication. He keeps me updated when I have to leave my car for further work and I never have to guess what is going on or cost. Thank you to the Lexus service team. read more

I had an excellent experience with the service department at Lexus Stevens Creek. My 2025 Lexus GX 550 had a front brake squeak that occurred during cold starts and when backing out of my driveway. After explaining the issue, the service team took the concern seriously, confirmed it was covered by the Lexus service bulletin, and performed the repair under warranty. They replaced both front brake rotors, installed new brake pads, new anti-squeal shims, new hardware, and properly lubricated the brake components. Most importantly, they test drove the vehicle afterward and confirmed the noise was eliminated before returning it to me. A special thank you to Tommy Luong, my service advisor, for keeping me informed throughout the process. I also want to recognize the shop foreman, who previously took the time to explain the issue, acknowledged the Lexus bulletin, and made sure the repair was handled correctly. That level of honesty and professionalism gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. I recently purchased a new Lexus from another dealership (they were the only one that had the color I wanted), and their finance department tried to sell me a $3,500 Lexus Luxury Care prepaid maintenance plan. I thought that was an incredibly steep price for basic maintenance. The finance manager kept insisting it was the "best price" I'd ever find and basically challenged me to shop around. In 2026, that kind of sales tactic just doesn't work anymore. So I did exactly that. I reached out to several Lexus dealerships around the Bay Area asking for quotes, and Ted was the only person who actually responded. Not only did he give me a fair and honest price, but he also had all the paperwork sent over digitally within a day. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and completely pressure-free. I used to do my Lexus service at Fremont, but after booking with Stevens creek, fremont who? TJ Ha took care of my car from start to finish. Made me aware of what needs to be worked on my car and explained any questions I had- I'm not a wiz on cars so it was helpful. The plus about this place is they provide complimentary uber/lyft which helped so much to prevent stress of figuring out how I'd get home or use my own funds. Lexus Of Stevens Creek and especially Paymon was so friendly and easy to communicate with! My 20,000 mile service was completed in less than 24 hours. I got a lovely loaner vehicle that was easy to pick up and return. Towards the end of the service, they called and left me a voicemail when they were wrapping things up so I could prepare to head over and pick up my car! I was texted an invoice so I could pay via digital wallet/ApplePay before I headed over and let them know what time I would arrive. Everything was so well planned out and seamless! They have a clean bathroom, a nice refreshment stand, light snacks, a terrific coffee machine, comfortable seating that overlooks the Repair bay so you can watch a car get serviced! I'm extremely disappointed with Lexus, considering it's the only place I bring my car for maintenance. After dealing with a sunroof leak and water intrusion, Lexus was quick to blame everyone else except for trying to help me resolve the issue. I must reconsider my loyalty to this service center because I don't feel like a valued customer. ---- in response to Lexus-- I did speak with Monika and the upholstery replacement took place after the car was inspected by Lexus so how could Wardell be liable? In 2024 Lexus had my car for over 3 weeks and never found the cause of the water intrusion. I took it back in 2025 as I continued to have issues and that's when Lexus discovered I needed a new sun drain hose. Instead of trying to help me, Lexus was quick to blame Wardell and asked that deal with them instead of helping me fix the issue which I don't appreciate. read more

He was thorough and precise in explaining all the benefits that come with a prepaid service package so I opted to purchase one since I had no plans on having my vehicle serviced anywhere else except through a certified Lexus Service center. All my visits here have been excellent and the service center is new, modern and inviting. The service people treated me well and also the technicians who serviced my vehicle. I typically try to avoid servicing our cars at the dealerships but when our beloved and trusty 2012 RX that our daughter was handed down needed new tire sensors, our local garage told us this was the best option. Wow the service at Lexus was excellent - Renna was a total rockstar and she made everything really easy. She explained every step and kept me fully informed, she got me in Ubers to home and later back to Lexus, and the half-day repair had zero issues. She also let me know what else needed to be done so we took care of those issues at the same time as well. The price wasn't cheap but it was worth it. I'll probably stick with the local garage we can walk to for the easy stuff but I won't hesitate to come back to Lexus for the bigger jobs. And I'll ask for Renna. Came by the other day to drop off my vehicle to take care of a few TSBs prior to the warranty running out. Made an appointment online and options were to either get a Lyft, wait, or have a self-provided transportation... Arrived right at opening and the porter tagged my vehicle while my advisor came out to greet and go over my concerns. As an automotive enthuisist, I managed to dodge all of their upsells. Their menu oil change service was ~$450 and wasn't any different than a simple $165 oil change (!!!) that includes a complimentary multi-point inspection. The service advisor did mention that there may be a $250 diagnostics fee if the technician was unable to reproduce my concerns. A loaner wasn't available upon drop-off, despite having 60+ loaners in the driveway. I was offered a complimentary Uber to my destination. Was promised communication before 11 am and received a text informing me that they would have a technician look at my vehicle that afternoon. Mid-afternoon, received a text from my advisor that I would be able to get a loaner towards ~4 pm. The advisor later informed me that the Uber would be called for me towards ~4:30 pm back to the dealership to pick-up my loaner. The loaner pick-up process was easy as it was all done with the representative's phone. Interestingly enough, there was no copy of the rental agreement, either paper or electronic. The dealership waiting area has minimal snacks, including chips, granola bars, and coffee. There is a space for doing work, complimentary Wifi as well as toilets in the waiting area. As the repairs took numerous days, the service advisor did proactively reach out and provide an update every couple of days. Received a text and phone call when my car was ready. Scheduled a vehicle pick-up first thing Monday and the earliest available pick-up slot was 7:30 am. Upon arrival first thing in the morning, both the porter and cashier informed me that pick-up usually starts at 8 am... The service at this place is outstanding. Great customer service, attention to detail, friendliness and honesty. I used to take my car to the Fremont Lexus and this place is 100 times better. Nothing worst than going to a service place that makes you feel like you're getting ripped off and doesn't care about you. This place is none of that. I also love the lounge, spacious, lots of different seating areas, snacks, drinks. Someone is there to greet you and take care of you from the moment you drive in. Not good. The servicing of my Lexus was lacking. My engine (V6) failed after 68,000 miles. The car is only 7 years old. Engine service was done there, the lack of notifying me about cleaning carbon from the engine cause a hesitation. The results, I have to have the head pulled and a value or values replaced to the tune of nearly $4,000. They will not be doing the service. read more

Lexus Stevens Creek Service Center isn't what it used to be. It used to be that a Lexus (staff) driver would drop you off and pick you back up. Or, you could borrow a car for the day. They no longer offer in-house rides nor are they offering the rentals. They will provide a Lyft home, if you live within 8 miles of the Service Center. We dropped off our car at 9 am. It was ready at 5:30. We were happy with the service, but not with the new policies. read more

Lexus of Stevens Creek is my go to for service. I've brought my car to various Lexus service locations throughout the Bay Area but none are as efficient and friendly as this location. Few reasons why they are my favorite - 1. They always have loaner vehicles available, even if it's just a simple service such as an oil change. I've never had any issues requesting a loaner and the loaner vehicles are actually clean on the inside. 2. They always have appointments available, even if I'm last minute and trying to schedule something the day of / the next day. 3. I've worked with a few service advisors and they are all super communicative throughout the whole process while they have my car in their facility. 4. Super fast check in and check out, almost never have to wait for a service advisor. If my appt is at 1pm, someone is always available at that moment. Never have I had to sit and wait for an advisor past my appt time. 5. Free beverages and snacks are available LOL. One time they even had bundt cakes. read more

Went in to get a new key fob. Was going to a independent lock shop. They wanted $350 for a new key and all they did was screw it up. I went to Stevens Creek Lexus Service Center in Santa Clara. I bought the key for about $135 and installed it for $ 275 It works perfect. I learned a good lesson just go with the best. They say you can't fake fabulous and these guys are fabulous. The service rider that Helped me was Mike. He was prompt, professional, polite, courteous, and actually had the car washed for me before I picked it up. The key fob worked perfectly! Ramsin is honest, kind, and recommends what I need to do- to keep my car maintained not more not less. I have recommended him to other friends who own Lexus' and they love him. I just had a scheduled service, a dent fixed, a much needed detail and clean up, and ordered parts from them. My experience is always good here but this time it was outstanding. 2021 GX 460 owner and I originally bought from Lexus Fremont and had been taking it to them for every single service but had a bad experience on my 15k service as they missed a vital driveshaft lubrication and I had to point it out for them to correct it. Wrote it on my invoice with a pen vs typing it up officially so its not in the system. I live in the south bay so I figured I try out Lexus Stevens Creek service and now am planning on coming here from now on. Closer proximity, the facility of the shop is amazing, the service advisor Ramsin was extremely knowledgeable and has been here for nearly a decade, and most lexus shops have great service but this location goes above and beyond. They even provide food and drinks for the customers! I would highly recommend this service shop and Ramsin as your advisor. The only complaint I have as a customer is that it would be nice if Lexus corp would integrate all the systems so the history follows vs having seperate databases. read more

I have been a Lexus customer since 2008 and absolutely love this service center. My service advisor is Tommy Luong, and it is always such a delightful experience when I come in for any service. I normally come in for my routine oil changes, but the mechanics always do a great job thoroughly checking for other services I might need such as needing new tires or brake pads. When I come in, I never feel like my service advisor is selling me anything I do not need. He does an amazing job making sure that my car is in great shape and safe to drive since I frequently drive from Norcal to Socal. Everyone who works at this service center is super helpful and makes sure customers are in and out of there quickly. I have never had to wait too long for my oil changes. Dropping off my car is so simple and super quick I usually never have to wait long for a loaner when I need one because the loaner team really hustles. I will say I really appreciate working with David Perez, Super cool dude who always tries to accommodate my wife and I the best that he can whenever we need a loaner or anything in between. Don't buy batteries from here to save you from the headache and inconvenience you will face when trying to redeem warranty replacement on an 8th month old battery. Costco is down the street and you'll have a better experience when it is time for warranty claim (hassle free), which is odd because Lexus's foundation is customer experience which they are clearly not delivering. I bring in an 8th month old battery that I bought at this dealership and today I take it there because it keeps dying. There is nothing wrong with my car as the alternator was tested to ensure it was functioning at 14.0v. Obviously I bring the battery dead with low voltage, but the parts guy tells me I would need to leave the battery overnight so they can charge it up to test it and then they will determine if warranty replacement is approved. What is the point of the warranty if you cannot honor your warranty on the spot? Customer brings dead battery hoping to get another one since it is clearly in the warranty period, but you rather give the customer the run around, make him wait for your call the next day after you test it to see? I thought I rolled up a the Lexus dealer, known for delivering exceptional customer service experience, but it seems that I've taken my battery to a Pick n Pull (wrecking yard) with the poor experience I've received today. As you read from my other reviews, I've been a customer of this dealership for years with several cars brought to them for service, how can you treat a loyal customer like this? My last couple visits have been poor and it now time for me to give my business to another dealership. read more
