And OH MY GOD did he help!!! My old insurance had claimed I was at fault for an accident When I clearly was not at fault, and they never told me about it (I did not make a claim through them as the other persons insurance paid). I could never understand why my bill was so high it cost as much as my car payment. He looked up the police report that clearly stated I was not at fault and changed that. Now even including renters I'm paying half of my old bill! Alex was super informative if I didn't understand something he explained it and showed me different options to better suit me. I am so thankful for the help they are amazing and I 10/10 recommended!

Wow what a terrible experience this agency has been. We find out via our credit union that our new…read morecar is not covered, well this was a surprise to us as we have been paying monthly for insurance through this branch. We call and find out that they have a completely different vehicle listed on our policy. We then spend the next week or so just trying to talk to someone about what happened. Finally they tell us it was just a clerical error, meanwhile our credit union is now charging us $300+ for not having insurance on our vehicle. When we ask for the money back that we paid to cover this wrong vehicle, they basically tell us "tough luck".

They return your phone calls and goes to the extreme with finding an answer for you. The only negative I have about this location is that the front desk person is ALWAYS on their personal cell phone. A lady name Andrea held a 5 minute conversation on the phone with her friend name Pam before assisting me in the lobby. This is something that always happens when you enter the agency. That is very unprofessional and upsetting. Other than that, I recommend Attee!
