I contacted DCB,…read more and they were able to direct me as to how to shut off my main water supply to stop the pressure into my water heater. DCB facilitated a crew to come out to my home within a couple of hours and they confirmed that the water heater had an internal leak and would need replacement. DCB was able to provide me with a quote on a new power vented 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater and installation at that same time. The installation crew was very friendly and courteous, and put down red carpet drop sheets all the way through to my furnace room. The installation was completed in an efficient and timely matter, and my hot water was restored!! AUG 10, 2026…read more Absolutely worst customer service team ever. I wish I could give them a Zero Star. Its been close to 3 months since I first reported a problem in my AC. These guys just don't care. They just don't want to cooperate or work with me to get the issue resolved. I call, email every 3rd day, they never call back or reply to my email. I am regretting the day I selected Limcan to be my heating and cooling partner. Anyone who is planning to use Limcan for AC Heating, please note that they are extremely attractive during the sales process. And equally poor after... Oh FYI. My AC is still broken. AUG 25, 2026 (UPDATE) Following my original review, I also filed complaints with the BBB and Ontario consumer protection agencies. Shortly afterward, the Limcan team contacted me, scheduled a service appointment, and successfully resolved the issue. The repair process itself was smooth, professional, and my AC is now working properly. I appreciate the efforts of the team members who ultimately helped resolve the problem, and I am thankful that the issue has finally been fixed. That said, I am not changing my star rating at this time. While the recent service experience was positive, it does not erase the frustration of spending more than two months without a functioning AC and receiving little communication during that period. My family and I experienced a great deal of inconvenience, and that remains an important part of the overall customer experience. Limcan remains my chosen heating and cooling provider, so I expect I will interact with them again in the future. If future experiences demonstrate consistently responsive and customer-focused service, I will gladly revisit this review and consider updating my rating accordingly.

Waza Home Comfort looked like the best place to suit our needs, and I can now say that Waza is a terrific service to turn to for all of your HVAC needs! Stephen, our consultant, was very clear and direct in his explanations, and went over all of the financials with us. Buying a furnace is no joke, and lightens your bank account considerably. Living off the grid was looking very tempting, but Stephen walked us through the process of applying for a government grant for our new, energy efficient heat pump. We were successful, and received the grant, which lightened our load. When it came time to do the actual technical work, our technicians, Arek and Brad, were top notch. There was another technician, whose name I didn't get, and he was great too. They showed us how everything works, how to use our new thermostat, and explained how to arrange proper servicing or our new furnace and heat pump/air conditioner. Bonus: they are OK with dogs!! We have two friendly but large dogs, and the guys weren't afraid! Our home is warm now, thanks to WAZA, They helped us every step of the way to a climate controlled house, and know how to handle people who are stressed because the furnace dies. Shout out to Stephen, Arek, Brad and the other technician who was with them on the first couple of days. We are really happy!
