Dr Trager made it a point to visit my children immediately after birth at Good Samaritan, and also during a brief hospital stay for one of my children when she was 3. We didn't ask him to visit, we didn't expect him to visit, he just showed up because he cared and because he wanted to consult with the attending physician. He is incredibly responsive at any hour of the day or evening, often getting back to us within a couple of hours. I have never in the 5 years we've been seeing Dr Trager had any trouble being seen same-day. He takes my concerns seriously and when they're sick, he follows up to make sure they're recovering as expected. This is truly a kid-first practice. I am so grateful to have this medical team, and Dr Trager specifically, behind us.

But if you pay less than what they charge they will harass you every month to check if you could pay the full amount of the concierge fee. I sorry that I had to drop Dr de Villiers care but I could sincerely not deal with such financial discrimination for longer. I pay too much insurance to deal with it.

At Luke's 1-year check up, Dr Li expressed concerns on his development, and referred us to a specialist, who is also great and was able to get the help Luke needed. As we were struggling to cope with Luke's condition, she gave us a 30-min phone call and offered words of comfort, which was much needed. At the 2-week checkup of Neo, she noticed his hands and feet were cold, and was very concerned. She offered us heating pads in the office to heat him up, asked us to monitor his temperature back home, and asked us to report his status regularly. When we found that Neo's temperature was not coming up, Dr Li instructed us to take him to the ER, called the doctor on-duty at the ER upfront. That was 9 in the night! After Neo was admitted into the hospital, she ask about his condition at 11 in the night. She followed up with the doctor and us until Neo was found to be fine and discharged from the hospital. The similar level of care were shown when Luke had a stomach flu. She was able to see him the same day and followed up with us on an hourly basis, until the concern of dehydration was relieved. My wife and I feel very lucky to find Dr Li and would highly recommend her.

Michelle is very gentle in explaining and giving (vaccines) shots and our kids have never complaint about pain or soreness after the shots. For urgent matter we can get sometime same day appointment which is wonderful. Many times Dr Lan respond about the concern over the email too and many of our concerns were resolved just by sending few pictures and describing the symptoms. We can't ask for a better pediatrician. I remember telling her not to retire until our boys are grown men LOL.
