We contacted Mike and told him about the problem and have never heard back. Now we are finding out they installed the pavers over an exposed wire and that wire is now arcing and causing water pump to fail. It is also a fire concern at this point. They were paid top dollar and did a sloppy, unprofessional and now very-costly-to-repair job. Don't hire. Move on!!!

(send me a PM and I'll tell you which pool company NOT to hire). But I digress. Don came out to look at the yard and quoted us within a few days. No, they were not the cheapest as I had five separate companies come out, but they are, by far, the most responsive and helpful of the five companies who quoted us. That said, they gave us a date to start the work, and each day they were at our home at 7:15 on the dot and left at 5:00 pm each night. They were respectful of our home and brought their own garbage bags to remove their trash each evening. We had a retaining wall built, which our pool company swore we did not need, and they did our deck as well as our pool and spa coping. They hand-cut the stone every day and then went around each evening to recheck and readjust to be sure it laid properly. They were perfectionists through and through. Don called daily to ensure our happiness with the job and his people. WHO DOES THAT?? Certainly not our pool company. Hell, we never knew who would show up from day to day! But again, I digress! The layout we got included palm trees placed in locations underneath oaks where they could not get light nor grow to their height unobstructed, placement of fences at the front line of the property that would be in violation of county building code, and placement of berms without regard for drainage, resulting in increased flooding and erosion to our property, leaving our landscape in overall a worse condition than before we began implementing his design.

Called late in the evening after most businesses were closed or refused to come out until the next…read moreday. I had been without water for a few days due to a pipe break. During the repair my irrigation system was damaged and started leaking. Kevin and his team came out and stayed well into the night to get problem fixed and my water back on even after fighting off ants, mosquitos, and multiple trips for parts. They put in some serious work for a very reasonable price. Thank you for not leaving until the problem was found and fixed!
