I looked into the major retailers and was not impressed with the products that they had in stock. I began my search for two things 1) a quality patio that would last for the lifetime and 2) a company with a good reputation and stand behind their work. My search led me to Reflections Remodeling of Georgia. Mr. xxxxxx responded to home and showed me a patio door that would not only stand up to the elements, the door was also sturdy and it also looked impressive in the brochure. The door also came with several security features that no other door I researched had. It wasn't a tough sale, because the door had everything I was looking for. The installers did an amazing job with the installation of the door. They took their time to ensure everything was done correctly. I know what you're going to say...they are supposed to do that. The installers went over and beyond by correcting issues with the wall to ensure the door would fit correctly and I would not have any problems in the future. Mr. xxxxxx also stopped by. That says a lot when a contractor drops in on a installation. Mr. xxxxxx also showed me how to operate the door and the security features of the door. I am quite pleased with my purchase and the overall look of the patio door is impressive. I would have happily paid another company a couple extra hundred dollars to not have my property damaged. We had some siding replaced and soffits, and both were treated as an after thought. They left my driveway with huge gouges from the dumpster, and a big dent in the case of our brand new heating and air unit. When asked about the damage all I got was "Oh I'm sorry to hear about that." So too bad for me I guess. The siding guys were finishing up when I paid the owner and asked that they caulk around some of the siding with big gaps. He said "no problem"... took the money and his guys were gone before he was out of our culdesac. No caulking. I also had informed him that I was having more work done and needed access to the back yard (tree removal and privacy fence). It took nearly a week for me to get them to take their pallet of unused materials from blocking the way to the back yard, and just hours before the tree guys were scheduled to show up. The moral of the story = roof ok, any thing else go another way.

I hired West Georgia Design Build to remodel at my residence. In the master shower the floor did…read morenot drain properly due to Dwight installation errors. On the third attempt, the floor now drains properly, but a large portion of the tile is now lighter than the initial tile that was not repaired. In addition, there are grout coloration inconsistencies on the master shower flooring. We had discussed with Dwight that we did not want to see a difference in installation if he repaired only half of the floor. The grout in the master shower niche was mixed incorrectly by hired help when Dwight left the worksite. It was applied with poor craftsmanship and overlaps individual tiles resulting in a sloppy finished product. In the guest bath remodel, the plumbing was not installed correctly. This resulted in water leaking on the exterior and interior of the wall upon our first use. The water ran down inside the wall to the lower level of the house. We had to discontinue use of this shower to prevent water damage until Dwight came out to repair the issue. They did not take caution when moving materials during the remodel resulting in damage to hardwood floors and two walls. Final clean-up was not satisfactory as they left unused materials in the yard, including small pieces of tile and chunks of hardened grout. Stacy never came out to review the final product and is currently refusing to come and make things right. We're very disappointed with the issues mentioned above. I wish I could report resolution, but cannot at this time.
