The office is staffed by one very friendly and efficient young woman whose name just left my head. She was a great help from my first call and has been since. The office is immaculate and completely scent-free. Patients are masked and distanced. While Dr. Hosain has a steady schedule, I've never felt overcrowded. Maybe 4 of us in the spacious waiting area, very well distanced. Dr. Hosain also gives you her full attention. She listens deeply and asks good questions. By the time I left her office, we had a plan going forward. The plan has been working and I've been back for follow-ups. I'm so very glad to have found a friendly and knowledgeable allergist/immunologist less than 45 minutes away from my home!

Their physical therapy has allowed me to get off pain medicine and get back to life, chasing my puppy and scurrying around like I used to. The PTs and athletic trainers have the sense to know when you're genuinely hurting, but push you once you're doing better, to actually get you strong again --no "going through the motions" b.s. You'll leave with that "tired in a good way" feeling. You take for granted how critical your back is until it's crushed and you're lying in bed with a brace so tight you can't breathe. This is some serious selfcare with a legit purpose.

He referred her to PT without an MRI or a diagnosis and seemed most concerned with receiving payment- to the point of making her stand on crutches for 20 minutes at a time while he had the office staff check and recheck her hardship application with the main hospital. The treatment was excellent consisting of muscle manipulation and electrical stimulation. Both doctors were personable and professional. They truly cared. Additionally, the rest of the staff seemed quite happy and the interactions between the doctors and staff was respectful, professional, and pleasant. To me, that says a lot. I ended up falling and getting my cast wet, so I took it off. The first thing he says to me as he walks in the room is "why did you even bother coming back" did not say hello did not ask for an explanation. He then proceeded to be rude, at this point I was pretty mad which made me not want to ask questions. I was also suppose to be put in a bone stimulator 2 weeks ago, the nurse that is working my case insisted on getting one put on. Why they are having such a problem is beyond me. Organ was very unprofessional, I hate doing thing like this because everyone has bad days but it was totally uncalled for. Having been to 3 other local…read morephysical therapists, I was skeptical starting PT again.The staff at Bristol Orthopaedics soon showed me what PT is supposed to be like. Brian and Anna are a great team and don't just leave you on your own to do the repetitions. They are always watching, correcting and encouraging. They worked me the hardest, but the results speak for themselves. I gained more flexibility and strength in both my knees after having bilateral knee replacements. Should I ever need PT again, Bristol Orthopaedics is where I will go!

Loved Dr. Graziani for years, but after my experience with Dr. Rau--and the lack of support--I…read morewon't be returning. Giving 1 star. The past two weeks have been incredibly painful. I wasn't able to see my regular GYN at first, so I saw two others--one who diagnosed me with a bladder prolapse and Dr. Rau, who I saw three times in two weeks. Eventually, I was able to be seen by Dr. Graziani (my regular), and I saw her twice in one week--so five visits in less than 10 days. Each visit with Dr. Rau felt like a dead end. I felt like I was talking to a wall. He dismissed my pain entirely, insisted the prolapse was "mild," and showed no concern for the fact that I could barely function. I left one appointment in tears. I'm currently out of work because of the pain. I'm in agony, and it felt like no one believed me. Do you know how belittling and isolating that feels? Dr. Rau never acknowledged my pain or made any real effort to help. When I brought up my CT Paid Leave paperwork, he brushed it off, saying it takes months to process. I've been on leave before--it doesn't. He said the paperwork is hard without a diagnosis... yet I had one: a prolapse. Even if pay was delayed, I'd get it eventually. Plus, how can I afford this kind of care without support? Shouldn't a doctor at least try?! Pathetic. Don't doctors realize that stress--especially financial stress--worsens pain? Being dismissed by your provider while worrying about income only adds to the suffering. I have hypermobility syndrome, which can amplify pain. He didn't consider it. I kept repeating how much pain I was in--three visits--and he just stared at me, occasionally bringing up unrelated things like my IUD and ovulation. He did not care. I said it felt like a hernia and mentioned that a nerve had been cut during prior surgery. He didn't palpate the area, didn't listen, didn't ask questions, didn't even consider imaging. Nothing. I asked for an ultrasound and was upset to find out it was transvaginal - useless for prolapses. Then why order it? Still in pain and stuck in bed, I did my own research. That's how I learned about pessaries. I brought it up to Dr. Graziani, who said it was a great idea. She asked me to bear down--something Dr. Rau and the other doctor never did. As soon as I did, she said, "Oh yeah, it's definitely coming out." The next day, I was fitted with a pessary--and the pain? Gone. I don't know what upsets me more: that Dr. Rau dismissed my symptoms or that I could've been out of pain a week earlier if someone had listened. No one even brought up the option. That's absurd. How dare Dr. Rau--and others--dismiss a patient like that. How many people are walking around in pain because a doctor decided their symptoms weren't "severe enough"? Based on what--just looking? He wouldn't even palpate the area I said felt herniated! He did not care. Dr. Rau is absolutely horrible. No one should have to go through what I experienced. On top of the pain, I was stressed about whether I'd get paid. Thankfully, my rheumatologist stepped in to handle the paperwork--something this office should've done without questioning the amount of pain I have been in. Why is it such a battle? How can they expect someone in this kind of pain to work? It's inexcusable. If you're in pain, please listen to your body. Don't give up. Advocate for yourself--and if a doctor won't take you seriously, find one who will. Healthcare is a business, shop elsewhere if you aren't happy. You deserve to be heard, believed, and helped. *UPDATE* I'm writing this 4 days later. When the pessary loses suction, the pain comes back and it's unbearable. Turns out, I need surgery, and it's scheduled for tomorrow. I DO NOT recommend Dr. Rau!

After, I had such a bad reaction to one of the medicines used during the procedure I couldn't go to work or drive for several days. I mentioned this during the follow-up appointment and he just shrugged like I was exaggerating which was pretty infuriating. I also had a test done, which he told me to call him if I didn't hear back from him about the results in two weeks. Didn't hear back so I called him up and he was like a different person on the phone. He was very short and had a rude tone of voice like his goal was to get rid of me as quickly as possible. Obviously he's not a phone person. Explained to him that I have chemical sensitivities and needed to know the name of the medicine so I could tell my doctor for testing. Raised his voice and sneered, "(Blank) couldn't cause that!" Told me that there was no way the medicine could get into the bloodstream which is completely erroneous as explained to me by my other doctor. I think he was more concerned about avoiding a malpractice suit or something than helping me. I went to him based on all the positive reviews expecting him to have more intelligence. I am aware that many doctors have a narcissistic God complex, so maybe my standards were too high. Never went back. He's ok if you're by the book, just don't ever question him or expect to be bullied.
