Not only were the sessions unhelpful, the counsellor was condescending. At one point when I briefly mentioned a past event, she leaned forward, shook her head, and said "and you bringing up the past, how does that help?" I was shocked by her response, and I said, "excuse me?", and she repeated the exact same words. We have since found a much better couples counsellor at another clinic. I would not recommend Jericho counselling.

I got important blood work done which I was waiting desperately for the results. I went to my appointment today and was told they did not have my results 2 weeks later. I found out the were mistakenly sent to his other clinic. I was then told it was "easier for them" if I did a second blood test so they did not need to call the other clinic. They don't even look at you while asking…read moreyour name when you walk in the door then just sit there and chat amongst themselves ignoring people in the waiting room. They do not pre book appointments nor do email or call reminders for appointments. My early exam was due in April (I knew this but did not have an appointment schedule) Life was busy and I was fine so I booked an appointment for June. The assistant that took my blood pressure lecture me about being due in April and not booking until July and stated that if someone waits 2 years before coming in they discharge them from the practice. Hey lady I was only due in April relax. I reminded her they do not pre book do call/text/email reminders. She said no we don't. I guess because doctors are so in demand these days the office workers can be unprofessional. Dr. Parhar is great though!

I always feel cared for when I am there and over the phone. If I leave a VM, the front desk always gets back to me quickly. I feel very fortunate to have him as my GP!

You may read about the secretary's never answering the phone, as it always seems to be an answering service, and that is my experience as well, but that does not detract from the doctors level of care.

They just sent me to physio but it hasnt really helped. He was very patient and spent alot of examining my feet, watched me walk and all of my old x-rays. He told me what was wrong, why I was still having pain and how to treat my issues. Then I asked my handful of questions just to be thorough on my end. He answered all my questions easily. It was a great relief to get straight answers from the doctor. I actually had a partially torn tendon. After a few months i was able to get back to running and almost back to where i was before the injury
