He came in today to have full mouth extractions , they decided to refuse Him because He wanted to be sedated and they don't sedate. He has also had a abscess tooth infection but Brandy said it wasn't acute. I've talked to several People who asked if they did blood work , I said no. They said she cannot determine the the severity without exrays and blood work. I didn't go in as I should of , it was said He tried to manipulate staff by wanting to be sedated. He wasn't combative just obviously mentally confused. Now they don't want to deal with Him unless He has a full consult and refuse to give Him antibiotics for infection. Something isn't right with this and I'm thinking mayby its a blessing in disguise. I left there confused cause He did come back in but they treated Him like He was a Alien I already mentioned He was mentally challenged ,Brandy said He was highly intelligent , not sure what that's sapose to mean either. The experience has left Me feeling numb. Oh and I was advised to take Him to Presquile to Dr Ford,1 Dr Ford has passed away several years ago. SMH!!

Dr. Thies was excellent: very skilled, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. The dental team walked me through everything they were doing and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. And i dont think that will change as I do not feel admin cares about the individual patient. They DO care that they make money. Remember that PCHC fired all of their dentists and made them apply to get their jobs back at different rates of pay recently. My broken front tooth held on with the splint for a year and a couple of months despite having been there 5 times for my broken tooth, they told me i wasnt an established patient, and they were full when i tried to make a follow-up appointment after they had their overhaul of the entire practice. 1 year later and my broken tooth and the one next it were pulled and I'm getting bridgework at Stillwater Dental. Would have been root canals but so much time had passed along with one of them absessing we went this route instead

I don't know if I have ever seen by such professionals, they really love their work and it shows. This doctor listens intently to your answer when she asks you a question. All the staff were friendly, nicely groomed , and professional , kind and polite to all. Beautiful decorated, the atmosphere is warm and relaxed.
