I got the Vegetarian platter. After a long wait we brought these back to our hotel. Keep in mind we live in North East Edmonton where Shawarma places are all over the place. My husband thought his kafta kabob was okay but lacked a bit of flavour in the meat. It needed more spice. I actaully thought my flavours were really good in my platter. I really loved the falafels and the grape leaf rolls. They tasted well dipped in the garlic sauce. Nice rice too. Fresh salad.The only thing that I wasn't a fan of the cauliflower. As you can see, it was too long in the fryer. Platter for 15.00 was a good deal. My husband felt that his wrap for 11.00 was less value. I have eaten a variety of breakfast items at the restaurant: the classic traditional eggs and bacon, eggs Benedict, omelettes as well as skillets. It's hard to say which one is the best or my favourite - I would say that the food prepared and served at any Smitty's I have eaten at is fresh, of exceptional quality and quantity (no need for snacking until the next meal).
