Unfortunately a zero rating is not an option. Hired Able Fence and Deck to build a 600 SF above…read moreground deck to match up with the 14 ft elevation of our home. We detected many problems and poor workmanship and Jason and Chasity assured us that any and all problems would be corrected at their expense. They have completely ignored calls and texts. Decking boards popping up (was not aware that the we're using nail gun instead of screws til too late), deck sloping wrong direction ( channels water toward house instead of away from house and off deck), many, many boards split by sloppy nailing at end of boards, sloppy cuts, railing not notched out at posts, posts extend above railing on steps (also railing is uneven), structural support (8x8) tied to the frame with 3/8" lag screws instead of galvanized bolts, stair stringer cut too short and instead of starting over with new boards they scabbed off of the short boards , did not install any flashing against home and basically left a mess upon completion. Do not rely on Facebook posts as they have blocked my review. Pictures and explanations available.

This company put my fence up a few years ago. In less than 6 months my gates began to fall inward…read moreat the top resulting in a gap at bottom of at least an inch and the top rubbing so bad I had to kick the gate to open. I called and told them the problem and even texted pictures. I was told they would be over in a few days after finishing up another job. 2 weeks, no show. Left several voice mails with no reply. Then a month later I get a text that things were slow so he had to take a job as a painter in a plant. Less than 2 weeks after that message I'm driving down I-10 and who do I see? The owner and his wife hauling material for another job. I pulled on the side of them blew my horn and they saw me but chose to keep their eyes forward. I called them and watched her look at her phone and let it go to voice mail. I tried to give the little guy my business and got screwed.

Bought my house 6 months ago and this backyard was a huge selling point. My Italian Cypress Trees…read moreare thinning out badly so I called All Seasons Nursery and they came out and looked at everything and gave their recommendations. They were super friendly, informative, and I love the recommendation but the price for everything was way out of my league.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Long read but very informative on this businesses' practices....My parents…read morehad been customers with all seasons for years. This spring they came out to give my mom an estimate on her spring clean up and planting. There was a hedge (about 12 feet tall) between her and her neighbor. This hedge was over grown and belonged to her neighbor so she asked that all seasons just "trim up her side so the hedge didn't hang so far into her yard." The person there to give her an estimate said "sure". The day came for the spring maintenance and planting...the all seasons crew was working for several hours. When she looked outside the hedge was completely GONE...cut to the ground! My mom went out and told them that first of all that wasn't her hedge and second of all they were supposed to trim it up NOT cut it to the ground! On June 11, 2025 I went by all seasons and spoke with Tess. I explained to her the situation and she agreed that that was unacceptable. She asked that I send her a picture so she could discuss it with the owner but that it did need to be rectified. I sent the pictures while I was speaking with her. On July 3, 2025 I reached out to Tess inquiring as to the status of the shrubs being replaced and was told that she had briefly spoken to the owner but he was out of town and she would speak with him again the following week. On July 8th Tess texted me and said the owner was back in town but had gone straight to a job site and she would speak with him as soon as possible. 10 days later, on July 18th (a Friday) I again reached out to Tess and was told their office had been closed the day before and she would speak with him on Monday. A week later on July 25th I reached out again regarding the status and indicated that I felt like my mom was being put off. Tess responded and said the owner would like to meet with me at my mom's house on the 31st. On July 31st I drove 45 minutes from my home to meet with Peter (the owner). During our meeting he attempted to tell me his crew made a judgment call. I reminded him that they were supposed to TRIM the hedges...not cut them to the ground. He then said that he appreciated her being a long time client and would send my mom a list of quick growing shrubs so she could let him know what she would like plantd and to give him about 8 weeks to get some other jobs done and then they would come and replace the shrubs. Fast forward to today...December 16 (almost 5 months later) and still not even the promised email with a list of possible replacements. I reached out to Tess and wanted to thank her and the owner for the horrible customer service. She responded with "Peter explained we were in a drought until recently. There is a work order for January". I informed her that a drought was never discussed on July 31st or any time after that and reminded her that there still hasn't been an email with a list of possible plants. No one reached out to say "hey we are in a drought. Maybe we should wait". Nothing. Just left my mother "on hold" for 5 months. And now all of a sudden there is a work order..,doubt it. If you are looking for a company that does what they are supposed to, takes responsibility for errors, communicates with their customers, treats their long time customers with respect and values their business....this is NOT the nursery for you. If you are looking for a company that does what they feel is best without ever consulting the paying customer, removes plants that belong to other people and then charges YOU for it, doesn't communicate unless you reach out again and again, requests a meeting with you then pacifies you during that meeting and never follows through then this is EXACTLY the company you want. If I could give negative stats I would. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Zero communication skills. Zero value for long standing customers. Would not recommend.
