As far as laundromats go, this was my most pleasant experience. We just popped in to do a single load of laundry while our washer at home is out of commission. It's clean, there's a decent amount of seating, the washers are all Speed Queens, and they run beautifully. There are multiple sizes of washers and dryers to meet your needs. They even offer a drop off service. There's a loaded up magazine rack and a couple vending machines if you get board scrolling on your phone. read more

Yes I been going here I drive 8 miles to Come here and I have not been in a month or so due to surgery, so I went today and did not realize they got new machine that gives you a card so I put 10.00 in it and I asked for help there last lady came and said you put in 20.00 you get 10.00 extra which is 30.00 I had already put 10.00 while she was talking she said this I said I already put 10.00 and about then it spit out a card I said why did it do that I was fixing to put in 10.00 more I said oh good deal so when it spit out card she said you waited to long we'll I did not know this she did not say that until it spit card out so I had to put 10.00 more dollars on it without getting a 10.00 credit so I'm very upset at this can anyone do anything to help with this thank you. read more

A little pricy, but extra large capacity washers allow you to combine loads. Dryers in high heat work fast. Attendants were sweet.

A pleasant environment for a chore most of us dislike. The machines are well maintained and work well. The building is very clean and it was a very comfortable temperature inside. There is a drop off service. The attendants were helpful and friendly. There are supplies available for purchase, a change machine, and the machines accept credit cards. It's a bit pricy but the machines are top notch. This is the only place I've found that can handle rugs and blankets without any problem.

When our washing machine broke with our clothing IN it, we were left in a lurch. I needed 'fluff and fold' - you know, drop off and pick up later all set to go. They have that on every corner in Boston and New York, but try finding it here. I'm glad I found Liberty because not only were they so super sweet, they made sure to weigh my clothes DRY and not wet (so it didn't cost an arm and a leg). We have our new washing machine now, but I highly recommend Liberty Laundry to anyone who needs the drop off service. I did not use anything else, but the entire place was very clean, inviting, and looked like a good place to be able to sit around while your laundry does its thing. read more

Never been to a laundromat on my own before so I don't have much to compare it to but it's a pretty nice place. The staff are very nice and friendly. It's very clean only a little bit of rubbish on the floor. This one boasts that they are the only branch with card readers, but the readers weren't working. The price was a little outrageous but like I said not much experience. Also they have free coffee so 4 out of 5 is very accurate in my opinion. read more

Finding this place was a miracle. SO MANY laundromats in Tulsa area are dirty, machines are always broken, no staff to be found. Liberty is sparkling clean, I rarely see a machine out of order. They have an ATM and a change-maker, plus all machines take cash or plastic. I frequently use the drop off service and am always super pleased with the results. Staff is always present and pleasant. I drive over an hour to go here. It's worth it. read more

In May 2014 I took my wife's laundry to this laundry which we had used several times before with great results. This time however they had obviously washed her laundry in hot water with non-colorfast items and items with sharp edges. When I picked up the laundry it was covered with plastic as usual, but Liberty DID NOT tell me that the clothing had been stained and cut up, nor did they include a note WITH the clothing explaining what happened. My wife didn't notice the damage until a couple of weeks later when she took her clothes out of the plastic bags to wear them. About half of her wardrobe has stains and tiger stripes especially some new white clothing, and most of her lingerie was actually in pieces!! My wife Renee was and is angry beyond words about this. We plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over this. DO NOT RISK USING THESE PEOPLE!! read more
