It helped Mark to initially speak by phone then to text him photos of my existing locks and dead bolts. This showed what brand and type they are. While here, as a bonus he gave input on brand quality, and degree of lock security. i.e. It's unusually good to have two dead bolts on the front door. Also, the six-pin (six cuts) lock I had there is top of the line, and even better than a more standard five-cut lock. But as he noted, ultimately a door's frame is its weakest part. He prioritized my call to same-day out of my concern that an intruder might have a copy of the old key and gotten in ... and since I was about to go out of town, I was vulnerable to more intrusions. Irish-born Mark has been in this area for about 20 years. He is based in Mills River. He is pleasant-minded, inquisitive, and insightful. I fully recommend him.
