That was until a friend recommended Mike at Malpigli & Associates. He spent at least half an hour on the phone with me explaining all of my coverage and what each was meant to cover. He showed me that high deductibles are not always the best value and showed me where my coverage could use some improvement and where what I had was good. It became clear pretty quickly that if you only spend 15 minutes on your insurance you are probably missing something important. He took all of my information, explained how the companies underwrite and what they all look for. He promised to get back to me in an hour or two and he called me back in half an hour with rates from three companies that were less than what I was paying with lower deductibles and higher coverage. He recommended a company I had never heard of but came to realize is a great company. (Utica National) He saved me $848 over Geico lowered my deductibles and tripled my coverage. He also gave me rates for Travelers, Hartford and Progressive but Utica was the best for me. He said he would "squish the lizard" and boy did he! If you're getting ready to pay your car insurance do yourself a BIG favor and call Mike at Malpigli and Associates. You'll be glad you did. I know I am.

So we went in to enquirer about the rentals. We went on a Saturday, but needed the truck Sunday. The owner, Bill Reynolds, was wonderful. He explained everything about the rental to us as well as reserved the truck for us free of charge. When we came to pick it up we joked some more and he walked us outside to the truck. Bill had a staff of about 4 working, but he as the owner made it is business to take us to the truck and record the information! It was a pleasure to have met Bill.
