One reason I was compelled to find them on Yelp for a review was that Lauren at their office was very helpful with a recent issue. It's too in-the-weeds to explain eloquently, but essentially we she was extraordinarily helpful in resolving an issue that came up while their system was down across the nation. I can only imagine how hard she had to work to navigate the issue in a stressful time, and as someone who has worked in customer service in the past... game respect game. One more positive is that they did the right thing and cut our car insurance rates during the pandemic as our usage dropped substantially. Ultimately, we're opting not to utilize them with our new home as their quote was quite a bit higher than other comparable ones we've received. But when it comes to customer service and ease when filing a claim (key points, IMO), they scored well for us over the years.
