Called in for a quote and happened to catch the owner; he's personable, seems eager to please and carries a sense of urgency to hook you. I stopped by the office later that day with a sample product so they could see the material they'd be embroidering, I recall even physically going through the material and instruction labels. We agreed to embroider the product itself because what better way to truly gauge a business? 120+ pieces with the potential to triple the business within 3 months. I should've walked away at this point-- they messed up the product, badly. After taking a week to get thread ordered and delivered (despite multiple 2-day estimates,) I'd given the go ahead to embroider the product to present as a sample of their work, and paid for the setup + production + replacement track jackets. We requested a refund and have yet to hear back-- a continued display of the lack of ownership and accountability. Please look elsewhere for your projects. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with these guys. Gave us a horrible job on our work van. Everything was crooked, cut unevenly and they stacked the wraps one on top of another. They tried to blame us and say that's what we asked for and that they "ran out of time" so they decided to give us a messed up wrap instead of car decals like we asked. The owner Jeff never even had the curtesy to show his face when we made an appointment with him to talk about our wrap even thought he told us to meet with him, instead he send his "designer" to gaslight us and to tell us that we don't know about wrap dimensions and that's how a wrap is supposed to look.... crooked. They offered to fix it and said they would reach out to us within a week to schedule us to remove the horrible job they did, 3 weeks later they finally decided to call us to remove the wrap. Not only did we have to drive around with an ugly wrap for weeks they also tore the paint off the back door of our van when they removed the wrap. They told us to come back but we definitely don't trust these guys and their sketchy business. We lost over $1000 from the deposit just to get our car damaged and to waste our time. They definitely seem like they pick and choose what wrap to do good and which ones to f*** up. My dad trusted these guys because he had gotten car decals here 10 years ago with a different designer from LA but the new guys are terrible. 100% don't recommend. read more

I've been coming to Liberty printing since 2017 for stickers and logos and I'm angry and disappointed to write this review. I came in today July 2021 and discussed in length with Jeff (the OWNER) what I wanted done to my brand new truck. I asked for a simple wrap (black nothing special no logos or designs ) and asked specifically to avoid tools not meant for wrapping to avoid damage to my cars paint. I recommend NO ONE come here for their car wrapping designs and needs because while watching Jeff work on my car for 20 minutes I realized he had no training or knowledge of what he was doing. Let's start of by saying that there were other unhappy customers at the shop that I heard complaining about ridiculous prices and work which should have been a red flag. He handled the situation poorly. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to wait my turn. Once Jeff began wrapping my car he seemed to be trying to save on material and time and started taking one giant sheet to my car and slicing crooked lines and bubbles into my wrap. I've had several cars wrapped at a different shop and this is never how it looks. I can say with certainty he was doing poor work so I walked over to ask him what was happening and instead of hearing me out or trying to explain to ME THE PAYING CUSTOMER what was happening with MY car Jeff kept making excuses and started getting angry with me. I'm sorry but if I'm paying $$ you should be able and willing to provide some customer care. I then inspected closer and saw there was damages to my brand new car and the wrap. Upon seeing the damage and anger from Jeff I felt uncertain about him doing the rest of the car so I asked him to stop and take off the piece of wrap he had put on the side of my car. Jeff was rude, impatient, rushing and lacking knowledge on car wraps. I had a horrible experience and if you're reading this I'm saving you some heartache and time! Do not come here for your car needs!! After all was said and done Jeff still charged me 142.00$ to take off his mediocre work, I paid it and left a very unhappy dissatisfied never returning customer. Jerald Huffman Watch out these guys totally messed up my truck! Showed up and type was not straight, and one logo was crooked and emblem on back tail gate crooked. I asked the guy onsite to fix and his response was he did not do it the owner did the work. I said I can't drive around with crooked type, he got an attitude and said what did he want me to do about it. I said fix it! he said my options were to take or leave it! I asked to remove it. I then discovered they broke my emblem on the tailgate. These guys got upset with me when I would not accept the shotty work. They told us today not going to get our deposit back, won't pay for Emblem, they said we could glue it back on... they broke the tabs that push in.... All in all very bad experience and was onsite Saturday waited 4 hours from them to remove the bad wrap. read more

Over the phone they quoted me $80 for a banner but later said it would cost $160. Double the price? I called a few competitors to do my due diligence and guess what they quoted me it would cost between $70-$90. Weird how not one said $160. I do not recommend this place. read more

I am a local business here in Oxnard, I was in need for last minute marketing materials for event I was having. I came in with a weeks time before I needed these menus, had all the print typed up, all I needed was for them to put it together and print it out for me. They sent me a final draft before printing and I told them I was not happy with the way the image was laid out on the menu. When I came in the day before my event to pick up my marketing materials, They have not addressed my concern at that point I would not have any marketing materials for my event the following day or I had to just use the ones they provided. I addressed my concerns and they told me I can repay to have new menus printed because I asked them to rush this order and that's why they came out the quality they did. They should not have taken my money if this was not a project they could get done properly in the amount of time. I have left the manager messages and went in to address my concern and still have not heard back weeks later from the manager. I'm very upset at the project I received and have a whole stack of menus that I'm embarrassed to pass it out. These are supposed to represent my business and does not look professionally done. Trash. I hired these fools last year to produce simple t-shirts for my command. I gave CLEAR instructions on the type of shirt that would be acceptable by Navy standards. My committee paid for a specific color and brand as was read on the invoice. 3 months had gone by before the shirts were ready. The color was way off! We paid for coyote brown t-shirts and instead got BABY SHIT GREEN t-shirts! Even the brand was off. When I pointed out the obvious mistake they tried to act like it was my command's fault instead of fixing the problem. They also said they would charge us 50% of the original cost to reprint with the correct color and brand. The balls on these cocksuckers!! That's like ordering a steak&fries and being served liver&onions, but still getting charged for the steak. You can believe that my command will NEVER use this company again AND the other units on base have been made aware of this larceny. Congratulations you fucks! You just lost a major client. First - my wife and I were both really impressed with the design proof we received from Eru (Art Director) we went in another direction but ultimately came back to his Design with minor changes. Second - working the Jeff (the owner) was a great experience he is very positive and upbeat and has a heart to go above and beyond. When we came to pick up our van part of the work was overlooked but in good communication with Jeff he was able to finish the job as originally discussed and we are really happy with the finished product and experience. The owner of this place is very knowlegable. I went in to have a business card printed, a little uneasy of my design and he totally revamped it and it looks amazing. I have since given him all of my construction companies printing business, everything from plans and specification books to brochures and business cards. He really knows his way around the printing industry, he has a very strong background in printing having worked for Kinkos for a number of years (where i originally met him) and now he has started his own shop. Save your time , just picked up shirt order that took 2 months to receive, (was promosed 1-2 weeks tops) not only was the design a failure , but I was short shirts, they never bother to call me and confirm design, or reason y it took 2 months to get 12 well 11 shirts made. ... sorry guys horrible experience.
