While we were there, we were checked on by several employees and offered water as a courtesy. One employee went above and beyond the call of duty. Her name is Nancy Hall. She was sweet and bubbly and remembered our names even though we rarely come here, (since we live in another city). She helped us every step of the way and was the epitome of patience. She wears many hats when necessary! And what is more, she stayed to help us a while longer even though she was off the clock and on her way to the rodeo! You can tell she loves her job, loves her bank and loves helping people!
