Then I get to the drying area and the two guys were bitching and ticked off because the car wash was open for business during Labor Day weekend. And they didn't do a very good job of drying my car. As I later told my wife, a completely clean car feels at least 20% faster and more agile. You might just chalk that up to my Y chromosome, and I get it, but the fact is that the car feels exactly like it did the day I bought it. Brett and the team deservedly took pride in the great and comfortable environment they provide for both customers and their cars. The interior was spotless and devoid of any evidence that we took my in-laws' shed-happy Golden Retriever for a ride last week. Maybe it was because my car was only nominally dirty and not a complete mess, but they beat their time estimate considerably. When entering, the license plate reader scans you and the gate opens. There is literally no fuss nor wait. ( I know that for sure , and you don't care rude people)Your unlimited package is accepted at each of our car wash locations. As usual you go to a machine, select the type of wash you want and wait for the gate to open. I had a man help me since the gate wasn't working. I basically wanted an undercarriage wash to get that salt off my car so he selected the one I needed at the lowest cost. The routine is familiar. You drive in and someone helps you align your car so that it gets on the track, put your car in neutral and chill out while you ride through. This car wash does use brushes so heads up if any of you are scratch concerned. The car wash does leave your car with some drips of water on your windshield and I'm sure other places so I would advise you carry a rag or chamois cloth if you want to dry off the excess itself. As always it is best to get there early on a nice warm day because you'll end up waiting for a long time otherwise. I've been pleased with their results and will continue to use them as needed.

This was repeated by the people at the car wash several times until --after many follow-up calls -- we were then told that the company does **not repair** damage it causes on vehicles older than 7 years. **Lesson Learned** Do not put any credence in what the employees, managers, etc. tell you unless confirmation comes from their "corporate". And be wary of taking your car there if it is over 7 yrs old.

The inside of the car wash seems clean and maintained, but the ordering kiosk is so worn that you cannot even read the options anymore. The pricing seemed pretty standard and it did remove all of the salt stains from my car. I think the only way to really value these places is to have the annual pass.
