Of all the companies I've had to deal with, this one has provided the most professional, stress-free experience. There were a number of companies with many more reviews (and cheaper) but I chose Larry and his company because he seemed to have experience with high-value, artistic pieces. I got a 100+lb decorative mirror that is a collector's item at a steal. Even though I got it for a good deal, I wanted to be sure that whatever company I dealt with would be careful enough to allow me to preserve this item for years to come. There were cheaper options, but some of the people didn't seem trustworthy. Larry came across as professional and knowledgeable and I decided to give home a chance. I'm so happy we did! I was initially disappointed that he wouldn't personally be doing the installation, but his representatives were punctual, clean cut, and explained everything they were doing in detail. Most importantly during this time, they wore their masks and kept them on. Some individuals from the other companies we've dealt with took off their masks at certain points (deal breaker for me). They completed the job during the allotted time frame and the finished product was hung perfectly. I won't hesitate to recommend them to others for future projects.

Searching for Giants is an inflatable temporary art exhibit popping up all over Broward County…read moreahead of the Rip Tide Music Festival next month. If you find the inflatable art take a picture and post it to Instagram with the tag @BrowardArts with the hashtag ArtAcrossBroward. A winner from each location will win tickets to the festival and the picture with the most likes will win meet the band passes. The contest is a partnership between the Broward Cultural Division, Broward County Board of County Commissioners, Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, and Entercom Radio. I caught the pop up art exhibit at the Pompano Beach Cultural Arts Center. The exhibit was made up of four large inflatable sculptures, Lucky Link meant to symbolize breaking the chains keeping us from living our best life, The Mirror, a large rainbow symbolizes justice and balance, Yellow Submarine represents a message of peace and love, and Stair to See Ants is a black ladder which is a recognizable form but presented in a way that brings happiness. I had fun trying to come up with creative ways to photograph the art. There were a lot of other people out enjoying the colorful display as well. It is a nice chance to win tickets to a great festival and enjoy the arts at the same time. Next weekend new inflatables will pop up at another location for another chance to win.
