One of my biggest fears came true on a Sunday afternoon, I found lice in my daughters hair. I was horrified! My hair stylist directed me to Lice Care Solutions, I called immediately!! They assured me they could come to my house that day and treat my daughter as well as everyone else to make sure our home was lice free again! I felt some relief knowing this was going to be taken care of that same day. A series of uncontrollable events caused my appointment time to change drastically. The nurse arrived at my home about 9:45pm and left at 1:20am. This may have irritated some people, but I was extremely grateful that even though it was so late the nurse still arrived and treated my family with a great attitude! Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind, understanding, and professional! The nurse that came to my home worked quickly and efficiently. She also thoroughly explained everything she was doing along with everything I needed to do in the coming days. Lice Care Solutions was so responsive, thorough and easy to work with. We had never dealt with lice before but they are experts and handled everything seamlessly. I called them late evening and they were able to send a technician to our home the very next day. Our technician, Meghan, was lovely. She was so patient with each of our children and made the entire experience very low-stress. She was here for about 8 hours, but I'm confident that every last egg and lice was gone by the time she left. I really like that no chemicals are used - just coconut oil and Dawn soap. Although I hope to never deal with lice again I would definitely use Lice Care Solutions again and highly recommend their services. read more
