We rode the T1 up here to the Centre and found it in the middle of the local neighborhood. It is not the place for 'out of Towner' fashion shopping. It is a low budget mall with a grocery store in the middle. Picture all of the stores in your huge American Mall that sell off brand clothes at low prices and you wonder why they're still in business next to the Gap and Urban Outfitters....well this is where they all goto die.
