It has recently been sold and the owners are focused on making it an eventual Michelin destination. They've already got the Relais & Chateaux designation + the head somm/GM en best sommelier in Denmark À while back. The food is delicious and if they decide to take a chance in the creativity ( should you mess with a good thing though?) they can hit a star easily. Best foie dish I've had in yeara and understandable why it's a signature. Great friendly service in a stunning relaxing location. We sat next to some Michelin Star restaurant folks during our meal. They head out of Copenhagen to eat here so that's saying something read more
