I met John a few years ago. During that time, my dad had recently passed away. I was depressed and had many regrets. I woke up every day wondering if my life was over: no vision, no plan, no growth, no learning. We began by taking the CliftonStrengths assessment and discovered that learning is one of my greatest strengths. He was very impressed with my high level of self-awareness. I recently left my high paying career that I was at for 7 years to pursue something new and exciting.
