Aside from Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services they have multiple bible studies during the week: seniors tuesday mornings, and September - May they have mens study, womens study, Abide study (co - ed) thursday nights, and Transformed on Friday nights (addictions). They do community baptisms June-August at Spring Valley lake where anyone can go get baptized for free you don't have to attend at their church. They do missionary trips to Mexico throughtout the year, Africa and Phillipians. One hidden treasure about them that most people do Not know is that they have a bookstore! lots of bibles, books, children books, coffee mugs, tumblers, bible covers and bible accessories. They don't advertise it but anyone can shop there !

There are other churches much closer to our home, but we choose to make the 25 mile trip to fellowship here. Great Bible teaching, youth group is growing and dynamic. Adult bible studies and Sunday school classes have educated bible believers teaching. The children's ministry is safe and secure with all the staff fingerprinted and background checked. Holy Family has some of the most rudest and disrespecting front desk receptionists at the office…read more Every interaction we have made with the office receptionists has been a horrible experience, not just with me but all my family. We have been trying for 2 weeks now trying to get records of a baptism certificate, the front desk collects all the needed information to submit an order and leaves us in the dark. A week later we followed up to see if our baptism record was ready for pick up and the rude receptionists at the office just say "nope not ready yet" and don't give us any information on updates. Another week later, we ask for a follow up and they once again asked for all the needed information for the request of a baptism paperwork as if this was the first time we spoke. Which leads me to believe the front office receptionist never actually submitted my request and when we expressed that it has been 2 weeks already and we need a copy of our baptism certificate right away, the front office receptionists just said "yeah well you're not the only one asking for records. Everyone is asking for records" and continued on with. "It's not ready like I said" this is supposed to be a holy church but they're filled with unholy receptionists who have alot of hate in there heart. No empathy and they have no business working at a holy church when they do not respond christ-like.... do not go to this church. I recommend going to another catholic church where the holy spirit is actually present.

We love High Desert Church, whether it's Victorville or Apple Valley…read more Never had a bad experience. They have kids programs for all ages. The pastors are knowledgeable of the scriptures. The worship teams are well prepared and professional. There's always someone to say hello. Pastor Tom is a wonderful leader. Our only complaint is that the satellite campuses don't always have live teaching. It's broadcast from the Victorville campus.
