They charged me $432 for two thirds of a cleaning and several x-rays- THEY DID NOT FIX MY TOOTH and told me that I had to spend another $269 for the rest of the cleaning. Afterwards, my boyfriend tells me that his friend got his tooth fixed in one session at Alpine Dental for the same amount I paid just down the street. Obviously they are charging me for their fancy glass walls. I will never go back to Canmore Downtown Dental. They ripped me off.

One hygienist gave me the option…read moreto opt out of something she KNEW my insurance wouldn't cover every time, and go back for my last visit...wasn't given the option and came with a $200+ bill. They slightly redeemed themselves by giving me a "professional courtesy" for $100, but that was literally like pulling teeth...excuse the terrible pun. I would only go back if it was an absolute emergency, and even then I'd probably go without so I wouldn't have to deal with their terrible front desk staff.
