I have been going here for many years. My 2023 physical was not as smooth as normal but acceptable. I went for my 2024 physical and have been waiting for 6 weeks for the report. No responses from them to emails, and the patient portal has been down for more than 6 weeks. Very disappointing to see a team that was great turn into a much less responsive service. read more

As an update, after getting the bad review, they finally set up an appointment. Of course, they somehow managed to decide that I am 5'3" instead of the 6' that a tape measure shows. Maybe if they laid off the cocaine once in awhile they could get remotely accurate results for the tests. read more

The quality of care has declined since I started going in 2017. The preventative physical exam is rushed and isn't explained anymore. The Dr just rush in and rushed out. This was my third visit to Lifesigns and I truly appreciate the professional service and smiling faces. They offer COMPLETE physicals that include stress test, complete blood work and ultra-sounds of you main arteries and organs. If your insurance allows for free well check ups try this place instead of you regular primary care doctor. This place is a "one stop shop." My visit usually takes 2 hours tops. One star is missing because they were very busy and I felt a little rushed, although Dr. Todd Robinson gave me great advice and attention. read more

Lifesign once had a location in Metro Atlanta and my wife and I looked forward to our annual physicals in a spa-like atmosphere.  We loved that it was a one-stop-shop for the head-to-toe examinations which also included labs.  By the end of our medical exam tour, we met with a doctor to review labs that were run on-site as well as all other results.  Within 3 weeks, we were able to log on to our portal and download the complete results including what wasn't available the same day.  We were able to then take it to our primary care physician who would have all that was needed to treat or refer us out............... Loved this.......... then they closed.  I was happy to find their Memphis, TN location and have an appointment for late May.  I really hope the experience is the same and these reviews are malicious attacks from non-customers.  It's a loooooooooong way to drive to not have a great experience.  I hope it's worth it so I can look forward to an annual trip there.  We will see.  I will update this review after the appointment. read more

Not as good as they once were. 12 years ago when I first used this service you got your results the same day along with a personal consultation with a physician. Now they herd you in and you are lucky to get the results in 3 weeks. Website doesn't allow you to print a complete report to provide to your personal physician but forces you have to hit tabs for each result and several for me aren't even listed. They have a new location and appear more interested in just getting paid. No response to repeated calls for explanation. If my company did not pay 100% for this service I would never go back. read more

I love the concept of Lifesigns and have been going routinely almost since they opened. I have recommended it to so many friends and family members. It is getting harder and harder, however, to get my exam results every year. The website states that it takes 2-3 weeks for results, so I called two days ago to check on my results. No one called me back, so I called and spoke to the front desk today who told me it would be 4-5 weeks for results. Yesterday made 4 weeks for me. I'm disappointed. read more

Lifesigns used to be great but it takes 3 to 4 weeks for your results they never answer your email about prescriptions and they make you fill out the same paperwork that you filled out online at the front desk again and again but I do like the doctors. I believe since the patient account has went up that service has went down. read more

the experience started off positive with efficient checkups. However i never saw a doctor, just Nurse Practioner and I have not received any of my results including blood and urine workups now 4wks after the checkup. Test results should not take more than 48-72hrs. I will not be going back for an annual. read more

I've replaced my primary with this group. Dr Caldwell sat down with me in his office after my physical. It was a nice change from the usual quick convo before moving on to the next patient. I use the nurse practitioner for scripts and normal maladies like colds, etc. they also do gyno and mammograms as part if their physical if you want. VERY thorough physical, chest X-rays, ultrasound of corroded artery and thyroid, stress test to name a few. read more

Staff was great and I was in and out in about an hour. Is a great one stop shop for all of your medical needs. I had an EKG, a hearing test, blood work up, and several other tests while I was there. Only draw back, my appointment was at 6:50am and was told to get there early and I stood outside until almost exactly 6:50 when they opened the doors. read more

I had such high expectation for life signs. You go in and the staff is less than friendly . Especially the young lady doing the blood draw, never even smiled . I requested my vitamin D level be drawn which is one of the main reasons I went , I asked 3 times and was assured it would be , it wasn't! Everything there is so mechanical you don't feel comfortable asking questions because the people are more robotic than personal the one good thing about the place was THE DOCTOR a Middle Ages black male , can't remember his name but he was Awesome! However the very WORST PART of this experience was lack of communication and results from test . I was told I would have a detailed report and my threat results within 2 to 4 weeks. That was very untrue I did not receive my results until over six weeks later. I called multiple times and left six messages nice messages with the director she never even returned one phone call. Poor poor poor communication. I will NOT be going back . read more

5 stars ONLY for the people who work here, the work they do is top notch! However, 1 star for the new building. Not a good idea. Whoever you are that moved these great Drs., nurses & staff from that beautiful spa-like environment to this new, cold, sterile, 1 plant, corporate-hospital scene building made a BIG.MISTAKE. At least a few of the employees have a window.. to a parking lot. Gone are the garden scenes, beautiful decor, greenery, relaxing atmosphere.. Now, you walk into the door to white.. and grey.. and the most basic modern artwork that looks like it belongs in an odd children's? clinic .. (except for the art of the awesome building these great people used to be able to come to work to that is at the front desk). These workers miss their old workplace. Too bad someone screwed it up for them and the patients. :( I will still continue to go for the service the people there continue to give, but the name should be changed from Lifesigns to Cold, depressing signs. read more

After making the appointment I recieved an e-mail reminding me I had an appointment...IN A MONTH!. NO automated callbacks reminding me the night before like other major health systems. I was impressed with all the things they check for, and how quickly I went thru the process. I was the first patient of the morning though. The only thing I didn't like was they referred me to an endocrinologist for something they saw on my thyroid. When I went to the endocrinologist, he basically laughed and said he couldn't believe they sent me for something so small. He went ahead and did his own ultrasound to be sure (more money!) and found nothing. Also the female doctor was a little rude when I reached my target heart rate too quickly on the treadmill and couldn't get a good read on my heart. Told me I was out of shape and over weight...all true, but rude. read more

I am so disappointed with Life Signs. When they first opened the service was great. Over the years the bedside manners have gotten to an acceptable standard. The wait time is insane, the nurse practitioner is the worse I have ever encountered. I have been consistently pleased with the doctors and other support staff but unfortunately the poor interaction with the nurse practitioner out weighs everything. I will never return. read more

This is a GREAT place to go for an annual physical. I like that I can get a 7 AM appointment and quickly get to work. One doesn't sit around here waisting a lot of time, they swiftly move you from one station to another and get the job done fast. I especially like the fact that I get an on-line report of my lab and test results and can save them off as a pdf file. I've been going here for years so the secure website shows graphic charts of the changes in lab resutls over the years. read more

The one issue that most concerned me is I am a female and they kept putting me in waiting rooms with men IN THE GOWN THAT OPENS...This is all being done in between test from one room to another. I dont want to give a completely horrible rating because I consider myself to be a fair person and my exam actually went quite well. I was seen in a timely manner and everyone I interacted with was friendly. However, my problems occured while dealing with the staff AFTER my appointment. I called regarding a prescription issue after my exam and the director was very rude and argumentative-would not allow me to get a word in edgewise. I don't pay for healthcare to deal with that sort of treatment from the staff of any medical facility or its staff. There are too many other doctors to choose from. read more

By far the best clinical experience I have ever had. The efficiency of the staff blew me away. I had a complete physical with 8-10 different procedures and never waited more that 5 minutes between procedures. Initially I went to Lifesigns just for a physical but I liked them so much that I replaced my primary care physician with them. There is nothing like leaving a doctor's office feeling like they actually took all the time they needed to properly diagnose what was wrong with you and answered all of your questions. All of the staff were friendly, the initial process for the physical was easy. I had very little wait time. There was a longer than normal wait for results (about 3 weeks), I was told this was due to switching to a more computerized patient management system. When results came back it was easy to use their website to view them all. I also received a phone call to go over everything that was done and all of the test results that had been returned. I was referred out to a couple of specialist and the specialist offices actually called me based on the information that they received from Lifesigns. Great doctors, nurses, and staff. read more
