well I was very excited for my appointment. I paid for an appointment and to have a healthcare worker walk me through everything and discuss. That is NOT what I recieved What I got was a sales pitch and then when I asked about how to inject , was told that was going to be another 20.00 dollars. Natalia could have cared less. She wasn't friendly or personable. I wanted to discuss some other things as well, she could have cared less. I asked for my money back on the package was told no that they have a zero refund policy, which is not posted any where nor was that information divulged. I went in for a hydrafacial that was Ok , not the best I've had in this area. My face still has visible little white heads that were not removed . My one star who ever is not based on this service . I asked for dermaplaning and esthetician agree to Do it , she even said she would do it before the hydra facial which clearly she didn't as I could tell she was adding products to my face, I thought she had probably forgotten and just decided to let it go and settle for only my hydra-facial this day. End the end I asked her and she claimed she had done it ! "I did the extractions" was her reply! I was so confused she kept insisting she had done the derma service, explaining and showing the tools she used ... I had to grab the service menu and read it to her to show her what dermaplaning is Vs extractions. Clearly not my job to tell her the difference between one service and the other . I left so confused thinking what had Just happened and how could she not know what it was . The annoying thing is she kept insisting and assuring me she had done it (while my face still full of facial hair lol) , after recognizing her mistake she said ok I can do dermaplaning for you now . Which it was an even bigger red flag to me ! Think everyone knows it's not recommended nor a good idea to use a blade after the hydrafacial has been done already . Definitely do not recommend to go here and risk your face getting hurt by someone who doesn't know yet what to do. I left in such a hurry to get on time to an appointment (my device started 20 min late !) than I didn't even have a chance to make sure I had I my been charged for the hydrafacial (although the nice receptionist did confirm my charge was only for it) read more
