He cut my neck line in a V pattern, trimmed the sides down too low to the point it almost looked like a chin strap, cut into my mustache, squared one side of the beard and rounded the other. All of this THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING! Then he had the nerve to try to charge me for the beard trim! They should have given me a clear understanding of what I was booking. The place is very nice. The two guys at the front desk look like they work in a gas station. That was off-putting. The person who did the treatment was great. The treatment was great. The manager refunded the extra money after much discussion. The prices are amazing but I was really anxious about coming here again after my last visit. When I went initially, the stylist was discussing personal issues with another stylist while cursing as she did my hair. She kept saying, "I don't have enough time!" and asked the receptionist to help her "rough dry". I called the day before to confirm my appointment and they said, "Oh we don't have you down for all that. We need more time". Good thing I called! They seem a little scattered when it comes to scheduling properly. I had a different stylist today named Michelle and I'm thrilled with my hair today. We did a glaze, cut, and blowout with pin curls. I love the color but I want to go even darker next time. I will definitely book again with Michelle! Total time was about an hour and the price was $134 for the services. Such a deal!!!!

I came in to get highlights. I was a bit late as the GPS was directing me to a different location…read more I should've taken that as a sign to go home. The person who assisted me suggested I do partial highlights which I agreed as I know nothing about hair and up until now my hairstylist always made the recommendations. When the service was completed I didn't check the results very good as I was tired and wanted to get home. When I got home I checked and you can tell the highlights bled so it looks like a raccoon. Then the color was hard to pin point. Some parts the color was completely white, others green, other parts yellow. It looks atrocious. And the blow out was rushed and didn't even last through the rest of the day. I have gotten highlights before and never had such a botched job. Additionally, $59 for a rushed 10 min blow out is insane. I could've done a better job with my revlon. I went in for a color correction appointment at a different salon and they quoted me $400 for a color correction and recommended I for some new growth before they touch my hair. I have never experienced this before, but I hope someone reads my review before going in to avoid the same mistake I made.
