ALERT! This DoorDash delivery guy followed me into the store, stood @ register to watch, trailed me back out & I don't feel safe

Hello there Jason B., there is no need to refund me for anything. I appreciate that I was able to "park" my bags at no extra cost, that was truly gracious of the establishment to allow me that privilege. Though, my complaint was never with the establishment, it was with my experience with Michal at the register. And I do appreciate you pointing out that there is a charge for the bag, I was unaware of that. So I am thanking you for pointing that out. I did not know what Michal was doing on their side, I wasn't thinking about it at the time of the transaction, and I had no issue with being asked to run the card 2 or 3 times. Those are all normal interactions that occur several times throughout one's day, and therefore should not be on any individual's radar for things that provoke one to assess another as having a race-based biased. Michal is clearly not telling you what he/she/they said, how they said it, and they are also not telling you that the statement that I made as I left was, "I'm sorry I upset you." Actually, I may have said it twice if I recall. Because Michal was CLEARLY upset and I wasn't sure if it was about to have some kind of breakdown. He/she/they were literally shaking. And this is the reason that everyone was looking at me. Because I'm sure it was quite awkward - the CUSTOMER apologizing for being on the receiving end of mistreatment while the cashier is throwing attitude like I stepped on his/her/their toes somehow. Don't take my word for it though, ask them all! You got them on surveillance, ask each and every one of them. They will tell you. The experience left me feeling so down that I actually apologized to Michal for Michal's terrible journey that day, that led him/her/they to the exact moment that he/she/they felt the need to try their best to ruin mine. At the end of the day I do appreciate the establishment's effort to address that one issue. As I mentioned, outside of that one interaction, I have always shopped at Lifethyme with no complaints.

I would like to thank Jason district manager and the CEO of Life Thyme for hiring Lyn. She is such a asset to the store. Whenever i ask her something about health, she gives me the truth. With the science to back it up. She really takes her job serious. And she has the passion behind everything she does. I highly recommend her for a promotion.

I've been coming here for years, after today I can not justify spending my money here any longer. The staff is rude and the prepared shelves are usually empty. I purchased their Raw Lasagna and they went up in price, I was okay with that until I opened the package. Two strips of zucchini MAX and the rest was a bunch of nuts, no sauce either. Gross. Higher prices along with poor quality is straight disrespectful. People actually enjoy this? Waste of money.

I did the granola, almond butter, and blueberries. I also added protein powder to the base for an extra cost but this made the bowl more filling. I love how the acai is blended when you order it rather than being scooped from a tub. You can taste the difference as the acai flavor comes through stronger. The addition of coconut yogurt brings a tang and a creaminess to the earthy base. Their almond butter is ground fresh from the machine which gives it a crunchy and toasted flavor. The granola is a highlight for me. It has a generous blend of nuts, seeds, and dried fruit which bring a variety of textures with each bite. WOULD I GO BACK? Absolutely! I think this is one of the best acai bowls in the city.

For the $13, it definitely felt like a treat and not something I'd get all the time but I enjoyed it. My friend ordered the Secret garden juice with beets, grapefruit, pineapple, turmeric, and ginger and she liked it. The employees were friendly and patient. It wasn't crowded when I came in.. just a few people doing some shopping. We walked around the store and I liked that they had lots of health food items, supplements, vitamins, and vegan snacks and groceries, etc.. It was like a grocery store just with more interesting items. If I was in the area I'd definitely come back in.

I love their self serve bins of bulk ingredients especially the nooch! Iykyk! Lots of vitamins offered for healthy living. Freshly grounded nut butters. Gluten free options aplenty. Healthier snack options like chips, ice cream, nuts and lots of chocolates. We've been going weekly and I can confidently say The staff are always amazing! So helpful and insightful. They offer a coupon book which can easily be used in store. It's a little hard to miss, however you can see it once you've entered the shopping center. Family owned and operated since 1987. Think of Whole Foods, much less busy, not a whole lot of rushing (which is a good thing) and you take your time to browse around the smaller store. The quiet and calm was cool, for a Thursday evening, not too shabby. We came across a lot of products we haven't seen before. Great options from a vast majority of gluten free to bring your own containers for pasta to help reduce waste. Plenty of signs to look at and read what we can do to be proactive with our bodies, lifestyle and the environment. I loved knowing this was a smaller scale. We accidentally forgot our reusable bags, however bought a new MOM'S insulated bag. Until next time, we will be back!
