How does this place still exist? How is anybody still living here??? Poorly managed (not managed at…read moreall?), dirty (there's black mold FYI), and disgustingly overpriced. Our unit wasn't cleaned for us prior to our move-in date, and they had over TWO WEEKS between the previous tenant moving out & us moving in! The shower head was cracked, so after a long day of hauling boxes when all I wanted was a hot shower, I ended up having to do so at my mom's apartment across the river-- but not before water had already sprayed everywhere. We were never reimbursed for the shower head we went & bought ourselves. LuXuRy LiViNg, am I right? Very cool. A bad omen, right out the gate. Wanna get ahold of management? Good luck! God only knows what those people are being paid to do. There's water damage aaall over the building & parking garage. Not only does that say a LOT about the integrity of the building, but it's a major health hazard. Don't get yourself sick-- stay FAR away from "The Fibb", as my boyfriend & I call it. You're welcome!!!

Steven Scott Management manages this apartment building. The management company is the least…read morehelpful management company we have ever encountered (maybe in existence). The building has had multiple break-ins (with personal property damage and theft of personal items) into the garage and main building and, yet, the management company has done nothing to make the building safer. The management company also tries to raise rent every year without improving the building or handling maintenance requests. Overpriced with no amenities (not even the hot tub advertised on the website, which had to be dismantled because the management company had it installed incorrectly). The above, in combination with the ever-revolving line of building contacts (including Keith, who is probably the worst, but thinks he is the best), this building is a nightmare. Bottom line is that the management company acts like they are doing you a favor by letting you live here. Do not live at the Finn. We can't wait to move.

The heated underground parking is amazing and the finishes in the apt are the nicest I've seen. All that and the other people who live here are super friendly. The staff is excellent- Megan is a boss! She truly goes above and beyond. The only negative is the noise. For a building this new, it's surprising that we hear all the footfalls from our upstairs neighbors. The other noise comes from weights being dropped at the gym. That's a little jarring at 6am. If you plan to stay here for a long time, just get up to the 5th floor.

I absolutely love the communal spaces throughout - the have a large pool table, plenty of tv's and seats for guests. The outdoor pool & grill area is great as well; I can definitely see myself bathing in the sun like a true Minnesotan in April. I also love the eclectic mix of antique staples that you'll find throughout the building (think vintage mail boxes that double as the front desk and a old school barred safe door to get into their office). Whole foods being located next door; can we say convenient! A plethora of great organic fare and awesome home products too. Check out the juice bar, or bar bar. They have both! My only negative is the price point - considering there aren't any amazing views. Think Lowertown pricing located near 94 and Snelling. Overall though - amazing new condos in St. Paul! The leasing agents are so friendly and the vibe itself is awesome.

You won't believe how much dust will accumulate inside and how fast. And that's the air you're breathing. Plus if you can't get a spot in the parking lot and have to park on Ford Parkway, your car will get really dirty from passing traffic. There is also noise from the traffic but this subsides at night. The new management (Arcadia) seems to be better than the old according to the reviews I read from 2012. There were no cockroaches during my stay and maintenance staff responded promptly and were able to fix things. Once I left them a voice mail and nobody called me back but other than that, the management was fine and friendly. Since the whole block is apartments on both sides, sometimes you will hear loud arguments going on in the wee hours of the night out on Ford Parkway. The laundry machine fees are too high. Also sometimes when you're taking a hot shower, the water will go cold because someone below you starts using it and for some reason they get the hot instead of you so you might have to wait a while for hot water again. But if none of that concerns you, it's a good place to stay, and centrally located. The corner units are great so that you're not hearing your neighbors much. You can walk down to shops on Ford Parkway and crime was not an issue. The place is kept plenty warm in the winter.
