When speaking with the staff that schedules, they are very abrupt and short. If I asked them to repeat anything, it was met with a sigh and attitude in the voice as if I were putting them out. 3. Billing is terrible. I have never received a first bill, only bills that say I am past due and pay immediately. When I call their billing office, I am met with an answering machine after a few minutes of prompts and have only received a call back 2 out of 5 times. Overall the feeling is that I am a number and dollar figure, not a patient.
