Once the firm received my settlement check and deposited it, it has been nothing but a fight to learn about the status of my funds, how im going to receive them (first it was a check, then a wire, and now an ACH transfer but only after they add every single person?) I've been trying to seek and set up medical care after my accident and need the funds to do so yet they have been holding on to them with very odd explanations. After reading others have had this issue receiving funds, I'm weary to every recommend or use this firm again. The attitude I have received when I call and the constant task of me having to follow up is the reason for the 2 stars. I wanted to give them more but holding onto the deserved funds of your clients is unethical and saying you're going to give updates but don't and then seem annoyed when a client reaches out because they haven't received any is alarming. Please use caution when moving forward with this firm.
